The food here is always below average no matter what I order. I go for their soup because they do have good soup. It use to be much better though. I go here a few times a year. They have great ice tea that's the other reason I bother going as well.

We go at least twice a month for breakfast with the family. The staff is so friendly and the food is consistently good.

First of all , I would say that most people who eat there, so because the portions are very large. 3 people could share a meal easily. However the food was so-so, and just way too much. It was pretty greasy too. Service was ok. On the positive side they do have good scones.

Jim's atmosphere is really laid back and friendly, the employees are friendly and the decor is easy on the eyes. The portions are large and the cooks are great, I have never been to Jim's without being well feed and I always feel good about how I was treated.

A work colleague and I ate lunch there before our business meeting down the road. Although I had only had hash and eggs, the hash was home-made and very tasty. Good mixture of meat and potatoes. The rye bread was excellent too. And the portions were huge. Service was fine in the midst of the lunch hour; my coffee and... More

This was my second visit to Jim's for breakfast. The $5.99 breakfast special is a great value. 2 eggs cooked how you like them, your choice of bacon, sausage, or ham, choice of potatoes, pancakes, or toast. My eggs were excellently prepared, sausage was good, and they give you a huge pile of hash browns/fried potatoes. The wheat toast is... More

My husband and I waited so long for a coffee and tea refil, my husband walked over to the waitress to ask if we could have one. She answered yes and we then waited at least 10 minutes while my husband's meal was sitting as he waited to enjoy his drink with it. We decided to just get up and... More
