Consistently delicious food, lots of menu and topping options. Friendly and helpful staff. The fancier drink options (like the lemonades abs juices) were empty and staff did not refill since it was a Sunday evening. That's my only complaint, otherwise I would've given a higher rating.

It's not saying much, but this is probably about as good as you're going to find in Vernal! Cafe Rio (other than their Scottsdale location) always does a solid job with both food and service. Surprisingly, their salmon is excellent!

This was my first time at a Cafe Rio. I had heard so much from friends who were from out west just how awesome this place is. I was excited to finally try it. I have to say, I probably won't eat at one again. Workers were not overly friendly, I felt super rushed, and workers seemed annoyed when we... More

This is a self-service restaurant (order at the counter) with a good menu. The food is average, not great but satisfactory. The prices seem reasonable for the area. The food is prepared in front of you (like Subway or Chipotle).

We stopped at cafe rio on a long road trip with our twins. Unfortunately there is no changing table in the restroom. There is room for a changing table, and would make it much more family friendly if one were installed.

Lots of locals here so expected good food and wasn't disappointed. Portions were large, food was fresh and tasty. A might over-priced, perhaps.

First off, I love Mexican food. This is a place where you can get fast food Mexican food and I loved it. I been to several different Cafe Rio's and they all provided the same QUALITY of food. Quantity is not a problem there. Very easily accessible, located near the hotel we stayed at.

After a long day of driving, opted to walk to Cafe Rio for dinner. We have seen these around, but had never eaten at one before. The food was fresh and the staff attentive. Be aware that the portions may be bigger than what you are accustomed to. I ordered two enchiladas which was one enchilada too many. Large restaurant... More

Typical cafe rio.. had outdoor seating. Lighting indoors was dim like all other cafe rios. Offers vanilla coke!

Went here twice during our stay. It was nice walking distance from the hotel we stayed at. Order Grilled Chicken Tostada - The flavor of the chicken is so nice and other ingredients so fresh. Then get the tacos the next day. I'm not really fancy the shredded pork, found the tasted little bit too sweet and the rice little... More
