Whether it's Chef Tom's Francesco or just Francesco, this neighborhood eatery is always a delight. My personal favorite dish is the Chicken Cordon Bleu. The accompanying cheese sticks and garlic toast are always excellent. Dine with confidence. Service can be spotty.
