After a disappointing meal at a new restaurant we tried, we went to Tiburon one of our favorite places for dessert. I should have went to Tiburon for the entire dinner as I would have been much happier. We ordered the creme brulee with the Chambord and the chocolate mousse. They were both super delicious. The presentation was great with... More

I have been to this restaurant many times over the course of many years. It was always a little too loud but the food was excellent and the service was great. The food has really fallen off and many dishes are unrecognizable now. Service is still good but not quite as good as it used to be. I was very... More

Everything I tried was perfectly prepared and the service was exceptional. I was here on business, but will definitely be brining my wife back!

This place is only open for dinner and, in my opinion, is so far the best place in Sandy for dinner. A must go for sure !!!!!!

Menu is small with unique choices. We had never been to Tiburon before, so we were uncertain about what to order. I had the tuna and my husband had the chicken, both were amazing. We normally go to the Oyster Bar or Market Street when we spend this kind of money. Now that we have eaten at Tiburon this will... More

I hadn't eaten at Tiburon for quite a while so when I went back for dinner this time I wasn't sure what I would find. I'm happy to say, the food was just as delicious as I remember! I was with 3 other people and all of us were more than pleased with what we ordered. Everything was cooked perfectly,... More

The salads are always different and amazing. The butter balsamic bread spread I want to take home and the scallops are some of the best I've ever had

Tried here many times. Just never seems to do it for me. Pricey for SLC. New York or Boston - maybe works as folks willing to pay hefty premium but c'mon this is Utah where most locals leave a nickel tip and think it's too much.

Here on business and always look for non-chain restaurants. What a delight. Flavor combinations were absolutely amazing!!! Don't miss this! Scallop appetizer shouldn't be missed. The side salad was an exceptional salad - candied walnuts, homemade sundried tomatoes... The cantaloupe sorbet was breathtaking! The creme brûlée was also excellent! My server, Preston, was also fabulous! Top notch!

We were traveling through as visitors and were relying on suggestions from the internet when we landed on Tiburon. Fantastic, upscale restaurant with a relaxed feel. Very knowledgable and attentive wait staff with a great overall experience. We hardly write reviews but we were so pleased with our experience we had to comment.
