The food was good, but on the pricey side. Everything is homemade in the restaurant, including the tortilla shells, which is nice.

Most likely the best Mexican grill in St George. They have a full Mexican menu and know how to prepare for full flavor and value. You will not be disappointed here give it a try.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE...Normally I love Cafe Rio. It's one of my favorite places to go in St George. Today I ordered lunch for all our CNA'S and wanted it ready at 3:45 because the dinner and training started at 4. When I got to Cafe Rio, I had to wait for about 5 minutes for anyone to come talk to me... More

I went with a friend. We both ordered the Chicken Tostada. There they will make it as you want it. The serving is very good sized. It is a very noisy place so talking is difficult.

I was in St. George for the night, and just wanted to salad it. I went around 9p.m. on a Friday night. The line was not long at all, but yet it still took a long time. They had a ton of staff working but somehow the line was not moving. There were about four people in the line for... More

If you like Café Rio this will not disappoint. It is just of the freeway exit. The restaurant is clean and the service was good.

We ordered the cheese chesadilla with the fire burned chicken for an extra fee and it came in a large aluminum container the large tortilla was reheated and with very little cheese in the center. 60% of the tortilla had NO cheese at all. It came with a very small side of guacamole and sour cream. At $10 totally overpriced.... More

Good food and tastes fresh. I notice in Utah that they don't have a salsa bar so that you could continue to go get more salsa for your chips. I fear this is because people take advantage of the salsa bar and over do it. That is the only thing I really missed while being at Cafe Rio. Most mexican... More

Expanded size and fast service at this Mexican Grille restaurant. Cafeteria ordering / serving line gets you through this popular dining spot in a fairly fast time. Watch your food being prepared as you travel down the line - beginning with the fresh tortilla cooked at the head of the line. Delicious meals bring you back when you are in... More
