Wow what a great place to stop in for breakfast. We have spent plenty of time in St. George but have never stopped here. Our experience was so good. Arrived on a Monday morning around 10 am. Parking lot was full but we only waited about 3 minutes to be seated. Our waitress was SO friendly and cheerful (Taylor). She... More

Visited the Bear Paw Cafe for breakfast on Sept 17th, 2016. Parking lot packed, but seated immediately! Located in downtown St George, Ut. Plenty of moderately priced bfast selections $7 to $10. Lunch menu similarly priced! Specialty non-alcoholic drinks, smoothies & full service espresso bar. I had the Denver omelet, my guest, Grandma's oatmeal. Breakfast & lunch only; 7am to... More

Very small town homey atmosphere with every breakfast item imaginable. Nice wait staff. Eggs done perfect as well as bacon and sausage. Home fries over salted & hash browns not brown, but rather undercooked. Waffles, advertised as world famous were not crisp but rather limp, but not undercooked. Stuffed French toast with vanilla creme was like eating a dessert.

The Bear Paw is a St. George landmark - one of those gotta stop if you're nearby. The restaurant is in the historic downtown area and very easy to find. The building is old and cramped but is kept clean by a very busy staff. Be warned the portions are very generous and due to the volume of business always... More

A busy downtown spot, with a wait at times, serving interesting items for breakfast and lunch. This came recommended to us from several local sources and did not disappoint. We arrived at a slack moment and were seated and attended to promptly. However shortly after we arrived, there was a wait as several large parties arrived. As this was a... More

Great breakfast. The pancakes are delicious. The Shasta scramble is really, really good. Huge portions. Service is usually friendly.

You can always tell a good place by the amount of people you find eating there. This place was filled to the brim and people spilled onto the sidewalk where the owners have misters to relieve those waiting in the heat. We did have to wait for a half hour but it was worth it. I ordered the short stack... More
