George's takes the place of the historic Big Hand Cafe that use to be in the exact same location throughout the 40s, 50s and 60s.. Same family owns and operates the restaurant which serves great breakfast, lunch and dinners. Same ownership as the Painted Pony...More

Excellent food and great service. Convenient location in the heart of downtown St. George. There is often live music. They have a nice variety of beers on tap. The homemade black bean burger is particularly good, and they offer gluten free bread for your sandwiches...More

Great atmosphere with live music ! Love the beef with pasta dish! Original cocktails that are fun to order, but they take way too long to make. I would have given a 5 star rating, except service can be slow and drinks super slow!

Went out for breakfast, new to St George, UT area so trying as many resturants as possible, Looking for the right one for each meal, it was ok nothing spectacular, had to wait for re-fills. Price little high we thought for what you get.

Had dinner with family on a busy weekend. The service was good and everyone was pleased with their order. It can be a bit noisy when the place is packed, if you are looking for a quiet romantic dinner, you might try a different place.

Fantastic food at a good price. This place is two floors so enter from the back. Got the pancake sandwich and husband got biscuits and gravy. Fantastic.

We were looking for some place local to our hotel and then figured why not try something right at the center of town. Parking can be an adventure but don't let that stop you. The restaurant or pub, whichever you choose to call it, was...More

It's hard to find a cool bar-type-restaurant in Saint George. This one has great history, and nice bar to sit at (or tables), lots of little nooks, and good light, giving a happy, airy feeling. We have always had great service here, and love the...More

George’s Corner Restaurant is in the heart of Downtown St. George. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The atmosphere is casual and the food is made fresh to order every day. George’s Corner celebrates the history of St. George by featuring pictures and family photos from the 1900’s. It stands on the same corner as the old Big Hand Café that was one of the first iconic restaurants in St. George. Today history repeats itself; George’s is becoming the new gathering place for the community. Live music is offered every weekend and the biscuits are fresh every morning.
