My Daughter took me to the Anasazi Steakhouse just last month and what a GRAND EXPERIENCE it was !! Be prepared to enjoy a meal that is prepared in a manner that I had not ever experienced! You make your choice of meat and the meat is brought to you UNCOOKED, BUT with a HOT STONE that you use to... More

Was a little disappointed after hearing good things about this place Food was good just a little pricey given portion. Lamb wasn't the best.

Love being able to cook my own steak. I always order the small filet mignon and my husband orders the ribeye. They sear the meat and then bring it to you on a VERY hot stone that you use to cook it for yourself to just the right doneness a bit at a time! It is pricey but the food... More

If you want something different you need to try this - I had lamb and my husband had steak, it's served raw and you cook it on your own hot hot stone at your table. The food was very good, service was good and bread was great. A little higher priced but it was worth it.

I reviewed this restaurant previously and couldn't wait to go back for more. It was just as good this time as before. Great service, wonderful food and everyone loved the time together.

This restaurant tries to be the high-end restaurant in St. George. And, I guess when there is no real competition, they can slack and still sell out. Maybe it was great when it first opened. But I was not impressed. The novelty is that you get to cook your steaks at the table, on an individual hot slab. So far,... More

One of the best cuts of meat I've ever eaten but the vegetables they serve are no good. I loved the cut and it was fun to cook it myself to perfect temperature. I may have cooked it but whatever they did to it beforehand made it taste amazing. I was just so disappointed in the vegetables. Really uneatable. But... More

Our family has been here many times. It's unique, fun and we love the food. But, recently, the service has become very poor. We arrived on time for our 6:30p reservation and were seated about 7:10p. When we asked what caused the delay we were told there was only three servers and they didn't have the staff to seat us.... More

We drove a distance to visit this restaurant and experience "cooking on the stone". A table of four ordered drinks as we were celebrating a birthday, and before our drinks were served, our appetizers arrived along with our salads. No was time given between the salad service and our entree's arrival at the table. Three in the party ordered the... More

It was good overall. A bit loud. I had the aged New York strip on the "rock", and it was pretty tasty. The "rock" is when they put a 700 degree stone right in front of you and cook the steak at the table. I should say that I prefer quiet, so maybe my version of loud may be someone... More
