This restaurant was such a nice surprise - truly a hidden gem! The salmon is never frozen and flown in every couple days. It was cooked to perfection. All of the salad dressings and sauces are homemade. We had the mango vinaigrette and it was fantastic! Not too sweet, thick with a nice flavor.
So we of course had to try one of the homemade desserts! The creme brulee was also perfection. It really was the best I've ever had.

Read other reviews and followed recommendations and had a terrific meal. Amber was friendly and professional. Salads were fresh and dressing was tasty. Salmon and ribs were perfect! Fall off the bone ribs live up to the hype and wild salmon was cooked to order. Baked potatoes were excellent. Even liked the merlot and beer! Would come again.

This is far and away the best restaurant in Central Utah within a 200 mile range north and south. We have travelled the world i’m a retired Navy commander this is the only place that is anything close to world-class locally and it really is. The cook has a great passion for food—they come up with lots of great recipes, and the service is second to none. He must stop if you’re traveling through.

Great choice for dining in Richfield , Utah. Food fresh, (rolls and delicious desserts )made on premises, well presented and expertly served. Comfortable, clean and inviting decor in this renovated UDOT office building. We would rate the Sagebrush Grill number 1!!

Sagebrush Grill is a restaurant with a non-pretentious, almost warehouse-like exterior, but with a white tablecloth and cloth napkin interior. Our family was dressed extremely casually, but did not feel out of place. Our waitress was fun and efficient. My husband ordered a chocolate beer made in Utah called Polygamy Porter. He enjoyed it and the label was a hoot. The yeast rolls were large and scarfed up quickly. The salad dressings are homemade and our group thought that the blue cheese, mango vinaigrette, and ranch (different) were all good. A couple of folks chose the day’s soup which was a stout looking prime rib soup instead of the salad and found that it was good and nearly a meal by itself. We each enjoyed our entree—wild salmon, grilled chicken, pork tenderloin and chicken cordon bleu. Even the baked potato had a sour cream and chive butter that was very tasty. We hope to visit again soon and can highly recommend this restaurant!

Amazing restaurant. Owner and staff are top notch. I had the prime rib and my husband the blackened rib eye. Asked for medium rare (more to the rare side) and both were cooked perfectly and delicious. Save room for dessert and order the creamer brûlée. We will be back!!!

My parents live in a neighboring town and The Sagebrush Grill is hands down our entire family’s favorite restaurant in the valley. I have had several things on the menu and everything has been delicious. Their prime rib dinner is the most popular with my family. I have to also mention their homemade dinner rolls. They are so light and fluffy and their house made blue cheese dressing on their dinner salad has just the right amount of tang. The restaurant doesn’t look like much from the the road but the inside is neat and clean with a touch of class. It’s a great place to celebrate a special occasion. They even have private rooms to accommodate large parties. Don’t miss out on a delicious dining experience. Ya gotta try it!

The quality of the food is excellent, the staff even better! Portions here are big, and we knew we wouldn't be able to finish a steak. So we shared an entre and and they gave us an extra plate. If you want 2 sets of sides there is an additional charge, but if you want to split one set there is not. We had the New York Strip which was excellent as was the onion rings, and the home made rolls. Will return next time we pass thru town.

We enjoyed our dinner at Sage Brush Grill. The prime rib and ribeye were prepared exactly as ordered. The baked potatoes and fresh carrots were perfectly cooked as well . Our server, Shastelle, was very efficient and kind. Come early as they don’t take reservations and there was a 20 minute wait at 6:30.

You would expect a little more for the price. $37 steak I wanted medium was well done. Basic baked potato, pile of sliced carrots cooked to very soft. Edible, food quality, but cooking is lackluster. Some beer, but wine is one choice per color and by the glass is box. Ok, but for the price I will definitely try someplace else next time.

We chose this restaurant based on the reviews. We honestly think the good reviews had to come from friends and family. One reviewer said the shrimp sauce was so good she wanted to lick her plate and how good the carrots were and the meat.
We are giving one star because the salad and rolls were good as was the server. Otherwise it would be zero stars.
We ordered the colossal prawns so heavily breaded we just pulled off the breading and they were ok but that sauce was awful.
A reviewer raved about the filet medallions and crab and the server said that was her favorite. The filet was grisly and the crab tasted old and dried out. Tasteless plus the meat and fish were swimming in grease. . The fries were oil soaked and odd tasting and those raved about carrots undercooked and tasteless. My husband left nearly his whole plate and made the rolls snd salad his meal.
I ordered the prime rib medium and it came out nearly well done I sent it back and the server still had it in her hand telling me the “chef” said in his light he could see pink. She said they had no medium prime rib left so I told her just take it away. I ate the salad and baked potato but even that tasted off and I had one bite of the famous carrots. They did make me a filet medallion to go.
I had some of my husbands crab when he asked if it tasted right to me.
Before we even left snd I paid over $160 for a meal that in 74 years of life was the worst I ever had I had stomach cramps that lasted two hours.
We travel a lot on business so I review a lot rarely leaving a bad review. I had to say something. We told the server the food was awful and was something different. She said no that is how it was always made.
We were so excited when we walked in and it soon went to great disappointment

These people care! I don't think there was one thing that could have better. The salad was crisp, with leafy lettuce and juicy grape tomatoes. The dressing has to be made on site. The rolls had a crunchy outside and soft, yeasty center. Sirloin tips and prime rib were cooked to perfection. The homemade fries were not soggy with oil and the baked potato had a nicely roasted skin with a firm but done middle, not overdone and powdery like most. Even the carrots, which is really to fill plate space, were excellent. Cut on the bias and steamed, leaving a bit of firmness and all the sweetness and flavor. A throughly enjoyable time!

As a previous poster said…. I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so. But for completely different reasons.
This place blew us away. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly. They talked with us like we were locals. Our waitress asked if we had been before and when we told her no, she gave us a quick rundown on dish favorites, sauces (they make all their own), ordering details, etc.
We got the shrimp appetizer based on the chef’s recommendation and I could have licked the dish clean. It was so good.
Loved the salad dressings. The mango vinaigrette was so delicious.
I got the filet with lump crab meat. Which I was hesitant to order because I didn’t think crab meat in a small Utah town would exactly blow me away. But our waitress assured me it was fresh and delicious. It was amazing. And was a heaping pile on top of my steak.
I can’t leave a review without mentioning the carrots. The chef said he has more reviews on the carrots than anything else. He said either you love them or you hate them. Then come with your meal, so.. you’ll get the “enormous carrots”. And they really are huge. They look like sweet potatoes. My husband thought they were amazing. They are seasoned and tasted great. I took two bites, and thought they were good, but was too busy eating my crab meat to worry about carrots.
If you find yourself in Richfield.. go here. Really. We don’t have a single negative thing to say!

Trust your GPS and come down into the parking lot for the best steaks, seafood, and prime rib in the country!!! I had the prime rib with 2 tempura fried shrimp. The shrimp were enormous and so delicious! I ended my birthday dinner (yes I came all the way from Kentucky for my birthday dinner😉) with the rich moist lava cake ala-mode. Like I said in my previous review every time I’m in Richfield we make it a point to indulge 🤤

This restaurant has it all. We were greeted by a friendly waitress who stayed nearby throughout our dinner. The chef/owner of the Sagebrush Grill was friendly and talked to us about our order. He showed me the salmon and I couldn't resist. He was spot on when he said we would be happy with anything. The salmon was so yummy! My husband's steak was so tender, juicy and done just right. I highly recommend you try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
