The food here was average-- not great, but not bad either. A really small place and wasn't very crowded at lunch time. We may be back, but won't be at the top of our list.

We got the papa rellena to start, which we loved. It is like deep fried mashed potatoes with a tasty ground beef center. For our entrees we got the ceviche and the lomo saltado which were both very, very good. We will definitely be back. The service was good - but it is a family owned restaurant by South Americans,... I sought out this restaurant looking for somewhere that I could take my family and show them what I ate in Peru. This restaurant was perfect for that! The lomo saltado was delicious and so was the chicha morada! The staff was friendly and it was an all around great experience. I will definitely be coming back again.

My daughter and I wanted to try this little place in Provo called Se Llama Peru. We hadn't heard much about it and we were up fr an adventure so we went for it. The restaurant is small and not showy but the food was great, so full of flavor. What we tried was full of spice, but not spicy... More

Brought a group of about 12 here for lunch. We tried all sorts of varieties of authentic Peruvian food. We loved it all and washed it down with purple corn juice - pretty exotic, but really good too.

This little restaurant doesn't look like much on the outside, but don't let looks fool you. All of the Peruvian food is very good. Their ceviche is some of the best I have tasted anywhere north of Panama! Well worth a visit. Just give yourself enough time. The owner is the chef, and he usually only has one waitress. They... We had a nice time with my friends here. The food was good; the chef and owner, Luis, was very kind; and, his staff were helpful.

My son-in-law is Peruvian and when he gets homesick this food reminds him of home! He especially likes the Lemosaltado (? sp)

I lived in Provo for 4 years as a college student at BYU, and I loved this place. I had friends who served in Peru, and it was awesome. My father in law lives in SLC, and he comes down at least once a month just to eat here.

Most of the plates are amazing, they serve huge portions! Be careful if you don't like spicy food make sure to tell them, they will respect your requests. I felt I was in Peru for a moment.
