The service is impeccable, the hostess was so warm and greeted us right off the bat. I love the atmosphere here, and the location. It feels like a chic cafe in a big modern city. The food is delivered and its a masterpiece to look at and a party to the taste buds. The buffalo nickel burger was amazing. Its... More

I love finding restaurants where not only are the flavors unique, but the presentation is artistic, and The Black Sheep Cafe gets highest marks on both counts. This restaurant features inventive flavor twists - between the three of us we had tacos, a salad, and a burger and we ended up sharing all of our plates so that we could... More

Friends recommended this place so went for dinner with some friends while visiting Provo Monday night. Tried their award winning Hog Jowl Tacos. The flavored were delicious! Had a sweet coleslaw on perfectly prepared corn tortillas but very little of the pork:(. The taco flavors were amazing but the portions were small and paid $21 for 3 tacos!!!! Didn't even... More

Came in with a date tonight, we were met with a wonderful welcome from the hostess as soon as we came in, and was sat right away! We had a three course meal ending in a delightful cheese cake, the kitchen does a wonderful job and the service was on-par, props the wait staff!

What a joke. First they told us we couldn't make reservations. I made one in front of the hostesses face and still said I didn't have one. I don't recommend this place. If they can't get reservations organized imagine how the kitchen is.

Provo is always a nice town to visit and wandering the downtown area I came across this unusual named restaurant, so being the try anything new kind of guy, in I went. The wait staff were very attentive and my server Zack explained the menu and told me the specials. I try a local pale ale beer to start with... More

Couldn't even get a menu for 10 minutes. Another 20 for my soup that I finally had them bring in a to go cup, that was literally a paper cup without even putting a lid on it they "gently" PLACED IT STANDING UP IN A PLASTIC BAG!!! WHAT THE HE1! IS THAT?

Interesting Southwest menu. Sometimes takes a while to get fed. Good servers and tasty! Try the appetizers as well.

Interesting take on Southwest cuisine. Chill atmosphere, with helpful friendly staff. Navajo flat bread tacos were yummy and huge. We had the green chile pork tacos. Asparagus and sweet potato fries were excelent sides. Don't expect a traditional taco, you will need a knife and fork. Cactus fruit lemonade was good, but a little too sweet for my personal preference.... More

The lunch menu is amazing. The service was great and knowledgable. The blue burger was the best I have ever seen. The wedge salad was great but get the dressing on the side. The chile frites were rich and over the top. If you are hungry with choices I recommend this place!
