I love everything about Shabu! I have been going here for years. Not only is it a fun atmosphere but the food is absolutely fabulous. The decor is a funky eclectic mix, while still being cozy. The owners and staff are the best in PC!

We love Kevin and Shabu! The service is always just right - not too much and not too little. Our favorite dish for years has been the coconut tofu (vegetarian) and the black cod (non-veggie). We also love to eat the small plates and share for a meal.

This is where I go and where I tell all my out of town visiting friends to go. Not to be missed whether you have one or multiple opportunities for dinner on Main Street. This is the place.

This is my favorite restaurant in Park City. Everything on the menu is fantastic. Great service and the chef is quite innovative. Share small bites with friends or order a meal and you will be thrilled. This is a "must" when you visit Park City.

Has some amazing food, I was eating lunch here and a Server named Ian can into the restaurant not on shift and picked a fight with me and ruined my dining experience. I suggest just ordering out it is not worth tipping these crappy servers

We come every year with friends and eat here. The many small plate offers enable us to share lots of great food. We love the blistered green beans and the Wagyu beef cooked on hot rocks. I highly recommend.

This is a good place for sushi. Service is fantastic. You can also sit outside if you like. Nice small place. Good selection of drinks too.

Down a steep set of steps, and it smelled nasty enough almost left -- but the service and things i chose to eat were good. Excellent potstickers and very good vegetable tempura. Server was great, and on top of things without being intrusive.

We had the shu mai, house salad with poached pears, the spring rolls, the combination hot rock and the firecracker shrimp. Common sounding dishes but the ingredients, sauces and execution elevated them all to a level of perfection that we have very rarely found in a restaurant. The only drawback for us was the ambiance - a below street location... More
