His lucky day came at last when he was rescued from a shelter by a girl named Sue. Sadness slipped away, and a good life began. Fletcher's heart is so big. He wants everyone to be as happy as he is. Sue (same one!) And Steve Demarest share a love of healthy living, mixed cocktails, entrepreneurism, kindness, house music, reclaimed woods, mountain towns, the beauty of great restaurants, the comforts of home... We dined at Fletcher’s our first night in park city and it got our anniversary trip started on the right foot. I want to specifically point out the amazing service we received from our waiter Jon. Unfortunately in the restaurant industry it is becoming more rare to find people who authentically want to serve the customer and maximize their dining experience. Jon was the epitome of the perfect waiter. He greeted us with a smile, was kind, asked us about our trip and had a positive uplifting demeanor. He recommended the Japanese old fashioned and explained the different notes in taste that the Japanese whiskey would bring to the cocktail. My wife who is not big on salmon was on the fence about what to order and Jon convinced her that the peanut crusted salmon was out of this world and he wasn’t wrong, it was delicious. I enjoyed the Buffalo and we both loved the biscuits and shisitto peppers as appetizers. We finished the night with the butter cake complements of the house for dessert. Overall our dinning experience was amazing. We felt that the value of the meal and atmosphere was significantly better than the other establishments that we visited in Park City and once again I have to say that Jon definitely elevated our dinning experience and we will ask for him by name if we have the opportunity to visit again.

Loved the food, the staff, the ambiance, and the story of the restaurant's namesake: Fletcher. After a chilly day on the slopes, we shared the award-winning short-rib grilled cheese sandwich, cauliflower roasted with harissa, soy ginger (I think) broccolini (fiance hogged that), and mussels (all me! only because he's allergic). It's centrally located in a charming part of Park City. Also has a vibrant bar downstairs. Be sure to read the back of the menu too!

We did not have a reservation but we were able to get seated by 8 (we killed time by visiting Dolly's bookstore nearby). Three of us had steak and it was cooked perfectly. My daughter had the sliders and mashed potatoes which she truly enjoyed. I had the salad with the yummy yam chips! Dessert was the skillet cookie which went quickly! I also highly recommend the Pinot selections. Lastly, the food was beautifully presented and the staff was super friendly. Our waitress had a small journal with our bill and we were able to review previous comments and we added our own. One more thing- make sure you find the hidden art of Fletcher's. :)

We stopped in here after having dinner elsewhere, just to try their mud pie dessert. So we sat downstairs in the bar area. We had to approach a waitress to take our order, as they ignored us for about 15-20 minutes. The mud pie was delicious though, and it's a comfortable area in which to relax and have a drink. Lots of people coming and going meeting up with friends and enjoying a night out.

Small menu but all the staples are on it. Even a picky eater would be satisfied. The grilled octopus was a bot more chewy than anticipated bit was ok nonetheless. The bison steak was on point as well as the grilled cheese.
Get your reservation in early because they're very busy.

We ate here with another couple last night and our server was wonderful, the atmosphere was very nice and there was more than enough space for social distancing so that was all great. We ordered the cheddar biscuits as an app and they were great! Three of us got the beef short rib and we all agreed it was good, but not great, nothing that I would order again. They were very accommodating when my husband asked to substitute grits for mashed potatoes and my friend asked to substitute asparagus for broccolini. our other friend ordered the buffalo sirloin and he loved it. So I would definitely go again but probably order something else.

Our family of four dined here during a very busy holiday week in Park City. (This review is a bit overdue!)
Standout component of our experience was exceptional service we received from server Michelle (aka Babbs). Though the restaurant was packed, Michelle delivered an A++ dining experience.
The food was excellent. Some of our favorite items were the short rib grilled cheese, the Thai salmon and the butter cake.
Cocktails were delicious. Our faves were the Pomsecco Martini and Spiced Old Fashioned.
Fletcher’s was on a list of “preferred restaurants” provided by our hotel.
It delivered a wonderful dining experience on all fronts!! Thanks!!!

First night in Park City and was able to get a reservation here for dinner after reading reviews online. My wife and I enjoyed everything we ordered. Salad was great. We also got mussels to start. For dinner we got a buffalo sirloin which was to die for along with a lobster tail to split! All of this was to save room for dessert, because as we walked in we saw them delivering some beignets and a mousse- like sundae to another table. Im not much of a dessert eater but these were over the top good.
In addition to the food we also had excellent service provided to us by Jon, and he took great care to making sure we were happy and had some good conversation with him about Park City as well. I'd be back in a minute if I get the chance.

So good that after our first bite we made a reservation for the following night! The salmon and short rig are so good they have me day dreaming about it. They have some excellent gluten free dishes as well, and the sides are wonderful. If I had to critique anything, I would say think twice about getting the tuna tartar if you have high standards for such a dish. Overall, great service, great food, and a nice atmosphere.

We ate here our first night in Park City. You definitely need a reservation during busy season but the restaurant does social distancing really well. The cocktails were fantastic and all the dishes we had were terrific. I especially loved the potato crusted salmon! Their kid menu is pricey but I appreciated the options they had.

My family (including two little girls) recently visited Fletchers and very much enjoyed the experience. Reservations were very hard to get on short notice for prime dinner hours so we staked out territory right when it opened, and Fletchers was able to accommodate us. We loved the food here! Bacon biscuits were warm and unique and all of our entrees (my NY strip, my wife’s Buffalo steak, and our kids pasta) were all fantastic! The fact my finicky daughters loved their meal should earn this place an award! We had a wonderfully kind waitress—Calli (sp?) who was warm and attentive and took great care of us. We certainly enjoyed our experience and happily recommend Fletcher’s to anyone visiting Park City!

We went yesterday with our boys and each of us ordered a steak, medium well. My sirloin and my little boy’s bison steak were great prepared, slightly pink, not too red. Just perfect! , my husband had the special of Japanese steak and I thought it was too rare. My older son had the filet and that was absolutely dry and overdone. Besides, ordering a $50 dinner and getting a super small plate looks really strange. My plate was overflowing with greens that were falling off when I was trying to eat my salad, my husband’s fries were falling off his plate in the special. Just put the same amount on a large plate and it looks good and it’s practical.
To the entire Ambiente, the table for 4 is way to small to be comfortable and after a day of skiing I would have enjoyed more comfortable chairs.
So overall for the price I would have expected more.

We spent 4 days/nights in Park City and this was the favorite meal for both of us. The customer service at the host stabd and table service provided by Honey were excellent. The food was outstanding. We started with the special app of oysters on the half shell which were very fresh and tasty. The buffalo sirloin was flavorful and nicely cooked; the short rib was fork tender and the sides for each were delicious. Dessert of the warm butter cake topped off the evening and we didn't leave a crumb on the plate. We are already talking about a trip back to Park City and Fletcher's will be top on our list for dining.

Went here based on the high rating. The service (bar area) was excellent. The food was average. I wanted a lighter meal. The fletcher salad had a great start, but the charred cauliflower was flavorless. It needs salt and pepper or perhaps start with pickled cauliflower? The lobster Mac and cheese had a great flavor, but for $20 should have either had more than a teaspoon (if that much) of lobster or should have been double the size. (Please visit Pappas Bros in Houston for inspiration)

With a 45 minute wait at this popular restaurant, my wife and I decided to sit at the bar. We were greeted by Bart the bartender who was friendly and efficient with our entire experience. We started out with an order of Shishito peppers and they were delicious as they were sprinkled with sesame seeds which gave them a great contrast in texture. Both of us had salads and they were beautifully presented, fresh and delicious. My beet salad was absolutely wonderful and my wife had the ugly tomato salad. After a dozen visits to Park city, this was our first visit to Fletcher‘s and we look forward to coming back on our next trip!
