About
Once upon a time, there was a dog. Fletcher wasn't always his name. He was abused and abandoned; shot with a gun, for shame. His lucky day came at last when he was rescued from a shelter by a girl named Sue. Sadness slipped away, and a good life began. Fletcher's heart is so big. He wants everyone to be as happy as he is. Sue (same one!) And Steve Demarest share a love of healthy living, mixed cocktails, entrepreneurism, kindness, house music, reclaimed woods, mountain towns, the beauty of great restaurants, the comforts of home... And Fletcher! They were inspired by Fletcher's example to create a restaurant and lounge dedicated to making people happy. It's that simple. And then food entered

Service was really good. Food was Ok. Interesting and tasty. Short ribs are good. Most are appetizers are good too. May be on the smaller side. Kids menu is actually really good. Big portions for kids and kids desert made our kid super happy. Made...it for a special vacation dinner.More

Classy restaurant, friendly staff and an eclectic yet manageable menu for those looking for a relaxing night out. Seating was available (definitely with reservations) both on the lower level in a bar setting or the upper level in a low lit and cozy dining room....Menu divided between entree size or appetizer size offerings. Popular shareable appetizer items are the short rib grilled cheese cut into 4 small triangles and an heirloom tomato-arugula salad. We enjoyed the short rib entree and the pioneer chicken. Both were tasty and well proportioned. We had room for the crème brûlée dessert which also quickly disappeared! We would definitely return to Fletchers!More

Had a really lovely meal here last night. The chef has created a great menu and everything on it looked great. Zucchini Purse, Steak fondue, Parmesan Polenta and Ginger soy Broccolini were all first class. Excellent ingredients and brilliantly cooked. Service good and ambience great

We had reservations for Fletchers on our last night in town and it was fantastic. The cheddar biscuits were okay and I'd probably try something else to start next time. 4 of us ordered the short rib and although there are a lot of solid...options on the menu, if I went back today I'd probably get it again.More

On a very very busy and snowy Thursday evening in Park City- we tried our luck at getting a table- the hostess asked if we could dine in an hour and fifteen minutes- and we said yes! Big compliment here- not too many hostess have...the talent and the wherewithal all to fill a table with a reservation behind it- so cudos to the young woman at the door! We sat upstairs- our server was laid back and attentive- we loved her! Cocktails were spot on- refreshing and maybe a little too easy going down! The food was spectacular- we had mussels, Brussels sprouts, salmon, shishito peppers, poutine and fondue - all three of us cleaned our plates! And we were out in an hour and 20 minutes - never felt rushed- (since we've all worked in the industry at some point in our lives we totally get how great it was to be accommodated on an extremely busy evening!) Thanks for a spectacular last evening in PC- we will be back!More

I had heard really good things about Fletcher's but was underwhelmed when we ate there. The shishito peppers were good. The humus appetizer felt over-produced. The filet was way undercooked (and not how we asked for it) and didn't have a char on it as...one would expect. The peanut crusted salmon was slightly underdone and I felt the Thai chili sauce was too sweet on the white sticky rice. Felt like it was trying too hard. Hopefully this was just a one-off or we ordered all the wrong items but not sure we'd return.More

I had dinner here during my recent visit to Park City and was very impressed. I ate dinner in the “Library” which is a very intimate dining area and bar in the basement. The bartender Neil was great and the craft cocktails are very tasty....I has the peanut crusted salmon which was excellent and I had the blueberry bread pudding which I highly recommend as well.More

Overall, the food is amazing. The biscuts with bacon jam are a must! The shishito peppers, peanut crusted salmon and buffalo sirloin were all outstanding. The restaurant is actually 3 levels. The basement/lounge has a louder bar. The first floor was our favorite. Fun bar...and nice tables. The upper level tables are VERY small and close together. If you are tall or big, you feel like you are at the ski lodge during lunch. I would go early and eat at the bar. Or, hope you like your table neighbors.More

We went yesterday with our boys and each of us ordered a steak, medium well. My sirloin and my little boy’s bison steak were great prepared, slightly pink, not too red. Just perfect! , my husband had the special of Japanese steak and I thought...it was too rare. My older son had the filet and that was absolutely dry and overdone. Besides, ordering a $50 dinner and getting a super small plate looks really strange. My plate was overflowing with greens that were falling off when I was trying to eat my salad, my husband’s fries were falling off his plate in the special. Just put the same amount on a large plate and it looks good and it’s practical. To the entire Ambiente, the table for 4 is way to small to be comfortable and after a day of skiing I would have enjoyed more comfortable chairs. So overall for the price I would have expected more.More

Didn't know what to expect, but turned out to be excellent food and service. The Salmon was great and the lobster add on was well worth it. Salad with tomatoes with nice fresh tomatoes and large enough to share with three. On my list to...go back.More
