From the Basilica cocktail to the Chocolate Soufflé, The Mustang did not disappoint!!! The restaurant was beautiful and the exceptional atmosphere was made even better with a lovely table near the fire as the sun set on the patio. For our meal we split a bit of everything.. the Spinach and Roasted Pear Salad, perfectly tender pears with blue cheese... More

We went as guests of locals and dined on the patio as the sun set. Just beautiful! We shared the Spinach and Roaster Pear salad which was excellent! For dinner, I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass which was the best I ever had anywhere! The dish was prepared with rock shrimp, sautéed vegetables and rosemary new potatoes that really topped... More

I'm not sure when $33 for an entree as the lowest priced thing on the menu became the norm in Park City but at least it should represent higher standards. We sat on the deck and it seemed 1/4 furnished. I had the chicken with gnocchi which was rather bland; my son had ribs which were slathered in bbq sauce;... More

I'll start with the positive... I got the waiter's reccomendation and the sea bass was very good. Overall, the food was enjoyable, BUT... we had a reservation and were escorted to a bar height table at the end of the way. Crammed next to a bar of sorts with distracting large screen TVs flashing photographs (changing the light at the... More

As a resident of Park City, it is sometimes hard to find a place that is CONSISTENTLY good. I have enjoyed many excellent meals at other various restaurants in Park City, but it is disappointing when I go back and the quality of food and service isn't as good as the previous visit. This is NOT true here at Mustang.... More

I highly recommend the trout. It's their award winning dish, according to our waitress. It is simple but excellently cooked.

We had one of the better meals of the trip at Mustang. A bit hard to find the entrance to the restaurant as it is above street level on a plaza as part of a development at the foot of Main Street that includes a Marriott Vacation Club. The food was very good, everyone in our party enjoyed their meals... More

We had a wonderful meal - the mussels and wedge salad appetizers were the best. My only complaint about my meal - the ahi tuna - was that there was more tuna than I could possibly eat. Ken, our waiter, was helpful and attentive in every way. The best meal of our vacation.

Mustang was recommended to us after a great day of skiing, and we were very happy. It was a busy weekend but they were able to accommodate us at the time we asked for and the staff was very welcoming. Michael was our server and he was extremely attentive and fun. He brought us fresh out of the oven bread... More
