When we pulled up to El Chubasco, we didn't know what to expect as it is located in a strip mall. We weren't even sure if it was open as there was no one in there. We pulled up around 8pm. After we ordered our food, the line was back to the door. Our party ordered everything from enchiladas to... More

This is a fast-food restaurant, serving average Mexican food. Fairly large menu, lots of salsas at the "salsa bar" and it has indoor/outdoor seating. There's nothing here you'll be posting on Facebook, but if you need a Taco Bell alternative - this is it.

We visited Park City for the first time and were kind of strolling around looking for lunch when we saw El Chubasco. You know it's gotta be good when the line is out the door! All 4 of us ordered different items of tacos, enchiladas and tamales and then ordered ceviche and tostadas as extras, just because they looked so... More

Nice salsa bar and large portions. I wouldn't expect anything really nice here, but it is a good bang for the buck. Consider it a step above a Chipotle with a little local color. I liked it for a good quick meal.

Great food! I had the chicken tacos (Mexican style) with black beans and rice. Our group also had the chicken taquitos, the quesadilla, the large burrito, and the chicken taco salads. Each order came with a serving of chips. There was also a salsa bar with many types of Salsa. We tried several and liked them all.

A friend recommended Chubasco as authentic and it was, especially the "salsa" bar that had an unbelievable array & variety of toppings to complete your entree(s). Very reasonably priced. Make sure you're clear on what you order, because of the language hurdle we ended up with a double order -- way more food than we could comfortably eat. Cervezas reasonably... More

Very casual in a strip mall. But it's worth going there. The salsa bar is delicious and you can try them all. Pretty much serve yourself but really good food.

If you love genuine Mexican food and very very reasonable prices you will be in for a real treat at El Chubasco. Don't be put off by its modest appearence unless you enjoy paying the big bucks for a fancy restaurant's rent and decorations and don't really care about authentic delicious cooking by Mexican chefs. You go to the counter,... More

A group of five of us did take out from El Chubasco Takeout (a few doors away from the sit-down restaurant). My son had a pork burrito which he found excellent but the four adults had various fajita combinations and each of us found them uninspired and mediocre. The saving grace of this place is their 19 types of house-made... More

Amazing Mexican food at an inexpensive price. I ordered a taco salad -way good. They have a salsa bar with different flavors and levels of heat. Every meal comes with chips n' salsa. Seating is limited when the lunch crowd hits -there is wearing outside, though. I'm craving the yumminess right now as I'm writing this review.
