A friend recommended Chubasco as authentic and it was, especially the "salsa" bar that had an unbelievable array & variety of toppings to complete your entree(s). Very reasonably priced. Make sure you're clear on what you order, because of the language hurdle we ended up with a double order -- way more food than we could comfortably eat. Cervezas reasonably... More

Very casual in a strip mall. But it's worth going there. The salsa bar is delicious and you can try them all. Pretty much serve yourself but really good food.

If you love genuine Mexican food and very very reasonable prices you will be in for a real treat at El Chubasco. Don't be put off by its modest appearence unless you enjoy paying the big bucks for a fancy restaurant's rent and decorations and don't really care about authentic delicious cooking by Mexican chefs. You go to the counter,... More

A group of five of us did take out from El Chubasco Takeout (a few doors away from the sit-down restaurant). My son had a pork burrito which he found excellent but the four adults had various fajita combinations and each of us found them uninspired and mediocre. The saving grace of this place is their 19 types of house-made... More

Amazing Mexican food at an inexpensive price. I ordered a taco salad -way good. They have a salsa bar with different flavors and levels of heat. Every meal comes with chips n' salsa. Seating is limited when the lunch crowd hits -there is wearing outside, though. I'm craving the yumminess right now as I'm writing this review.

The win at El Chubasco is their salsa bar with the best selection of fresh salsas I've ever seen. Also the price was great. The fish tacos were average. Not bad but forgettable. They were mostly cabbage, fish, and some tomatoes. I held the sour cream because in don't like it. Fresh but no real flavor to speak of. I've... More

Had a delicious lunch of shredded beef tacos, pork tamale, cheese enchilada and chips/salsa. The tamale was my favorite and we really enjoyed trying the different salsas at the salsa bar. It was crowded on a Saturday for lunch but the service was pretty quick.

Stopped here for the first time on our first visit to Park City. It's a combination order at the counter, sit down place. Once your food comes to the table, you can go to the salsa bar and have your choice of 15 or so different salsaa. From pico de galla to mango and everything in bwtween. Gualcamole was excellent.... Delicious vegetarian burritos and good kids' options. Best part was the salsa bar: so many fantastic choices. Very reasonably priced.

I have been many times, love their burritos but my favorite is the Chile Relleno. Perfect every time. Incredible salsa bar with everything from mild to melt your face spicy. Great homemade chips as well. They are fried in peanut oil, so I can eat 5 bags instead of my normal 3. The only thing I have tried that I... More
