The food was average and they charge for chips and salsa after first basket. Rude, slow service. I wouldn't go back. Terrible customer service.

Enjoyed the Cantina's food and our private booth in the midst of a busy restaurant. One issue is that they close early and on our arrival day, staying at the Plaza there, we didn't get dinner or anything to eat anywhere at the Resort Plaza.
Hours aren’t accurate. Just checked into a hotel and they’re the only nearby restaurant that shows to be open online. Walked in at 9:30pm to a restaurant pretty full of people eating and was told that they closed already at 8:30pm and there was nothing...they could do for us. Not very accommodating and checking out their other reviews I’m not surprised...More
One of our favorites in Park City. Always a must when entertaining friends! Close to the slopes for a nice relaxing lunch. Food and service are excellent!
This place is located right at the mountain village base , which may be how it gets so much business. We ordered dinner on a Saturday night at 6:30pm. We were told it would be ready by 7:00. By 7:45, our food was still not...ready. We were all hangry at this point and even though the staff was apologetic and gave us a discount on our food, I wish they would’ve just been honest about the wait so we could’ve made a different choice! The food was good, but I wouldn’t go back unless I had time to kill.More
Good food, and gregarious enjoyable wait staff. Lauren was great. Worth the visit. Tasty mexican food, large helpings. well distanced seating.
Visiting Park City for a day, an extended family member suggested stopping here as a group of 6 for dinner. They previously dined here a few times and recommended it. Unfortunately, we didn't have the same kind of experience this time around as they previously...had and they even admitted that it just wasn't the same as it used to be. I ordered the Tacos and my daughter ordered the nachos. The beef on my tacos was tasteless and not seasoned very well. They mixed the guacamole with the lettuce and the beans and rice came out cold. I was very disappointed but not as disappointed as my daughter. Her cheese on her nachos was clumpy, waxy, and cold. The service was terrible. The waitress came out only once to fill our water glasses (we were sitting outside) and I only saw another couple dining there so it wasn't busy at all. After finishing up our dishes and clearing out our plates the waitress came back and proceeded to drop a small white square receipt right where my plate was in front of me and then quickly walked away. The small white square was a large unsplit bill for dinner for our entire party. At first, I was a little stunned, I think it reminded me of a simple-looking receipt you would get at a gas station? SO informal for an over $100 bill for dinning that it felt really inappropriate for the situation. Also, the fact she stuck it right in front of me indicated to everyone that I was paying for dinner. An extended family member lightly joked I was everyone's "Sugar Mamma" so it was quite obvious to all what it looked like. Since she had walked away so quickly and was nowhere to be seen, I just felt obligated to offer to pay regardless of the offers to have it divided by my party. Then to make matters worse when she brought her device to the table next to me to slide my card, she highlighted the 20% tip option and watched as I addressed it. SO uncomfortable and overall just left feeling upset about the whole experience especially since I didn't even enjoy my dinner.More
just don't do it...same encheladas you get for $8 in Salk Lake City, or $6 in LA...$17.45 plus tax and 15% gratiuty...just don't do it!
Located on Park City Resort property is the perfect place for lunch when you come off the slopes. We actually met the non-skiers in our family for lunch after skiing for a few hours. It was perfect to meet and tell our stories. Friendly staff...brings water and chips and salsa as soon as you sit down. The menu offers many options. The portions are generous and the food is delicious. Try the queso dip and street tacos.More
I don't like writing a negative review but I gave the Baja Cantina a second chance (first time was Feb 2019 and second time is now Feb 2020) and both times not a good food or drink experience. The Margaritas on rocks were so bad...we sent them back and ordered bottled beer. The food was okay, we had Fajitas and Quesadillas. My point of writing the review is if you are in the mood for GOOD Mexican drinks and Mexican food, try one of the other Mexican restaurants in Park City and then if you like it please let me know so when I go back to Park City next year :)More
Thank you for your review. I was actually covering the bar the night you came in. I made your margaritas the same as all of the other 1000’s of house margaritas we have done in the past week, then agreed to take all of them...More
