Great food, wonderful wait staff, but they seem overworked. Many tables in crowded space, sometimes a wait.

Dinner at the Stein Erickson Lodge was a nice fine dining experience. All the food was well prepared and tasty. Our table had steak, veal and fish and all were perfectly prepared, especially the veal chop. Appetizers were also very good especially the short rib. Service was impeccable and the noise level was very low. The only criticism is that... More

We booked a day pass to Deer Valley while staying in historic Park City, and stumbled on this restaurant when we accidentally took the Viking Lift. What a great hiccup! Popped off the lift into Austria with the the cute Alpine Lodge! We did not know where we were but as it was close to lunch we went in and... More

Neither the food nor the service lived up to this restaurant's aspirations and self-regard. The team of multiple servers managed, through a team effort, to mumble unintelligibly through the specials and, then, to get the orders wrong. While excellent food would have overcome these issues, we didn't receive it. Appetizers were of mixed quality (scallops very good, soup not so... More

Pure and unadulterated brunch awesomess!! Great food, cordial service, ski-in and out... what could go wrong! The restaurant features a diverse buffet with elevated versions of breakfast and lunch. Why bother with regular bacon when one can have maple-glazed bacon. It's a marriage made in heaven! Cobb salad? Try the one with buffalo. Omelettes made to order? Yup, but also... More

Boyfriend and I attended Sunday Brunch. Was wonderful - lodge is nicely decorated for Christmas, combination of rustic/luxurious. Service was great, server for drinks and to clear plates, brunch is a buffet. So many wonderful options on the buffet - breakfast and lunch choices. I enjoyed breakfast items - custom omelets, waffles, blintzes, fruit, cheese and the boyfriend enjoyed lunch... More

If we had this to do over we probably would have avoided the Thanksgiving buffet and opted for the Sunday brunch. Don't get me wrong, the food was very good and plentiful, but it felt like they were trying to fit as many people in the restaurant as possible. The views and general ambience was great, but it was loud,... More

The brunch at the Glitretind is legendary and lives up to its reputation. You'll need to ski for two days to burn off everything you eat here. We were a large group and still did not make a dent in the offerings. One suggestion is book early (both in terms of availability and time of day) -- if you want... More
