We had been to the Utah Olympic Village all afternoon and were hungry and a little tired. I'd made reservations in advance and was able to request an outdoor table, which offered excellent views of the slopes and mountains. The service staff was impeccable and very attentive and went out of their way to be accommodating. The food was exceptional... More

The bar sits at mid-mountain so the patio tables allow guests to look up at the mountaintop activities or down into the valley. Beautiful! Overall, the staff was great (greeted warmly, attentive) with the exception of one waitress who did not have a good night (forgot requests, couldn't describe the food). But the evening was wonderful - the food and... More

We arrived with a warm welcome from our server Stacy, and we immediately received water along with a water bowl for our dog! The mussels were wonderful, the wine a fantastic pair, and Henry the manager came over to chat. He is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Stacy's service is second to none, and we left feeling that we want to... More

This was an amazing place to just unwind and relax. The Bar food and drink was top shelf. But the view was just unbeatable. You can see forever and ever from this hill top location.

Although we did not stay at the resort we were extremely happy we took the funicular up to the St. Regis in Deer Valley. We spent a few hours inside at their beautiful bar and enjoyed not only some very good cocktails but also the company of Brett and Mary. We ere then seated outside on the terrace for the... More

As expected, the service was impeccable. We sat on the patio facing the gorgeous fire pit overlooking Deer Valley. The funicular ride from the parking lot to the hotel was a fun experience (no additional charge). The attire on the patio varies from hiking shorts/boots to those dressed smartly for dinner enjoying a drink beforehand. The wine prices are more... More

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL place. If we had known about it before coming to Utah, we probably would have booked a room there for a night or two. Service was great, loved their staff being from all over the world and so kind. The day we were there, they had a wedding party later that afternoon and it was July 4th weekend... More

This is the spot to grab a libation (or 2 or 3). The ride up to the bar in the funicular provides wonderful views that are matched at the bar's outside seating. There is a terrific selection of cocktails (cucumber martini, pepper paloma) and excellent wines by the glass or bottle. There was a demonstration of sabering the top off... More

Service was friendly just very slow. Burger was pretty salty and bland. Fries were good and dessert was a little below average.

There's usually a wedding going on at this resort on the weekends during the summer, so be prepared for a bit of noise and celebrating - which is always fun. Extensive list of drinks, fabulous deck seating if the weather isn't too cold and a beautiful and cozy seating area inside. Don't miss this place if you're staying here.

Description
The St. Regis Bar offers a light menu created by Jean-Georges Culinary Concepts and a variety of specialty cocktails. Honoring a long-standing tradition, each St. Regis hotel creates its own signature Bloody Mary—a variation on the original recipe dating back to 1934 in New York. At The St. Regis Deer Valley, 7452 Mary (a nod to the resort's altitude) is an enticing blend of fine oat-distilled Vodka 7000 from local High West Distillery and a regional salt rim garnished with a Wasabi-Celery foam. Also paying homage to St. Regis tradition, the bar is graced with a commissioned mural. The St. Regis Deer Valley Bar features a triptych reflecting Park City’s history as a silver mining town by artist Phillip Buller.
