They have very delicious maki rolls and the staff is very friendly. The service is prompt and the specials board is great. The nigiri section is a little small for hard core sushi fans.

We frequent Park City. I love Oishi for it's price, and proximity to Park City night life. The service is typical for a sushi restaurant. They could be a little nicer.
