Went for dinner while on vacation and found this to be a nice place. The rolls were decent sized and the staff attentive. The fish was fresh and tasty.

If you like sushi and wish to be impressed , skip this place. We were not impressed with service or food. Being in park city everything is expensive but I don't mind that if you get quality, not at this place.
We have ate at most of the Japanese / Sushi restaurants in Park City. We love Oishi. They use fresh seafood. The rolls are expertly rolled. The service wonderful. Best of all, it is probably the most budget friendly sushi restaurant in Park City.
We have eaten at all the sushi restaurants in PC and Oishi continues to be the best, especially if you make it for the 50% off rolls and nigiri in the summer.
I have eaten Sushi all over the world and Oishi's is at the top, I love the Crispy Alaska & the, Tiger Lily I look forward to every time I go
I got there on Monday 8pm and they had great sushi. We tried a few different plates and they all were great. Service was quick and pleasant. Good place to eat sushi. FYI: They had 50% deal going on in top of it :)
