An effort free restaurant that will suit a broad spectrum of tastes. The menu has clearly labeled vegan items. I recommend the brussel sprouts, sweet potato hash, falafel, ratatouille, pita, and hummus. We enjoyed our visit so much we ate there a second time while...More

Tak a small serving of chopped up veggies, give them exotic and nutritious-sounding names, grill them in olive oil, serve on tiny, odd-shaped plates, charge a lot, and you've got a surefire hit in Park City. To add insult, make patrons order on a cafeteria...More

We’ve been to vessel kitchen many time, never disappointed. The meals are delicious. We particularly enjoy the poky tuna and curry soup. This is our go-to place for takeout after a day on the mountains.

This restaurant offers locals and visitors a quick place to stop for healthy and unique food options. The prices are moderate, but the food is very tasty and the service is quick. It is true that you order, pay and take a number, but the...More

The food quality is excellent. The ambiance in the seating area is fair, due partially to the necessary crowding of the tables. The portions are well measured, but not overly abundant. My only complaint is that I have yet to have a hot meal. The...More

I presume menu changes often by menu sheet. Six salads, five bowels, eight entrees, fifteen sides and eight family style meals. Bone broth soup was tasty. Braised beef tasty but lacking a shell (pita bread) and something to complement it. Steel head trout dried out...More

Wife and I went here for lunch and loved the flavors of the food. She had the “Charleston” and I had the shredded chicken with sweet potato hash and orzo lentil medley. We also had the bone broth. We both loved almost everything we had....More

I had the poke ahi tuna bowl. Really good, good amount of avocado. Good serving size of tuna. Some places skimp on the protein but it was a good amount. Healthy bowl. Definitely got full

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Vessel Kitchen. The falafel was good. The greens were very salty, and the "hot dish" sweet potatoes were cold. Tabouli was quite good, but the cucumber salad was so vinegary that is was hard to swallow. Love...More
