What a transformation from regular lunch space for skiers to an amazing dinning room. Each of the 4 huge fireplaces has a special meal of Swiss raclette cheese, cured meats, salads, specialty entrees, hearty sides, fire-roasted leg of lamb, fresh baked breads and dessert fondues. Might want to skip breakfast/lunch so you can really enjoy this all you can eat... More

The Empire Lodge is outfitted with food stations: most by fireplaces. Diners start with cheese melted by the heat of the fire, then garnished at another station with prosciutto, pickled onions, etc. Next, another fireplace has prime rib, veal stew , salmon and quail. There are assorted veggies to go with. Delicious. Next, leg of lamb which has been cooked... More

This is a unique format in that the four course meal is served along side each of the many fireplaces. Begin with the warm cheese raclette served with mustards, cured meats, a strawberry jam and more. Move on to the soup and salad area then on to the first fireplace featuring trout, quail and a delicious veal stew. Next was... More

Bring your appetite...you will want to sample everything on this tapas-style lodge restaurant then go back for more. Giant fireplaces anchor the stations. Start your multi-course meal with raclette cheese dipping plates, melted in the wood-burned heat, and served with bread, mini potatoes, and deli meats. Move next to the stew fire for slow-roasted meats and the sides/salads cold station.... More

This was our favorite meal while in Park City! Fireside was recommended to us by a local and we are so glad we took him up on it. The experience itself is very unique and the food is amazing. While pricey, I don't think it's much pricier (and may actually be cheaper) than what you'd find elsewhere in Park City... More

We have been coming to Park City for years. We by chance heard of this restaurant from a fellow skier. It was exceptional. A memory maker. We were told to make an early reservation so that we could have a horse drawn carriage ride between dinner and dessert. We did just that. Wow! Our sweet waitress, Roberta, was thrilled that... More

We make sure to book a reservation here every year. This year we had two little ones with us so we booked the horse drawn sleigh ride right before our dinner reservation. Definitely a highlight! If you have young ones with you they will love it. We just love the atmosphere with the open fireplaces. The food is very good.... More

We dined on one of the snowiest nights-they were using a backhoe to create parking spaces when we arrived!! Upon being greeted by the hostesses (nicest ladies!) we were offered a seat or the chance to visit with the sleigh ride horses and cowboys. So yes, we did the sleigh ride...which was about 25 minutes long and a blast for... More
