Think I read somewhere that this would be a good experience and we were not disappointed. Food was good, nothing fancy about the place but still had an atmosphere that was perfect for the small town in the west.
Guess the name, Cowboy's Smokehouse, should have been a warning. It was too smoky to be comfortable inside. We had a good breakfast, but think a better ventilation system might be in order. Service was great.

Stopped here for lunch on our way to Brian Head. Service was good and burgers were terrific! A bit disappointed with peach cobbler for dessert--it was bland and a bit "gummy". We may skip dessert next time, but we'll definitely return for the rest!
