With few options available we had lunch here. Service was excellent, it is a nice local space and in the end the food was good. Not great but nothing to complain about. I do believe smoked meat is about timing and depending on when meat...More

Think I read somewhere that this would be a good experience and we were not disappointed. Food was good, nothing fancy about the place but still had an atmosphere that was perfect for the small town in the west.

Guess the name, Cowboy's Smokehouse, should have been a warning. It was too smoky to be comfortable inside. We had a good breakfast, but think a better ventilation system might be in order. Service was great.

Delicious ribs and pulled pork, with perfect sides. The service was also friendly and they were welcoming of us as foreign tourists.

Stopped here for lunch on our way to Brian Head. Service was good and burgers were terrific! A bit disappointed with peach cobbler for dessert--it was bland and a bit "gummy". We may skip dessert next time, but we'll definitely return for the rest!

Stayed for a night while visiting Bryce Canyon, decided on the Cowboy Smokehouse for dinner. The restaurant was packed on a Saturday so had to wait around 20 minutes for a table. My wife had the NY strip steak and I had the smoked tri-tip....More

No - they don't take reservations, but they'll put your name on a list if they're busy - it's a first-come, first-served type place. Go though - it's great.
