A group from a meeting that we were attending went here for dinner. It's cafeteria-style: stand in line, order, receive your food, pay, and then look for a place to sit, eat, and bus our table before leaving. Someone did come by our table eventually to ask if everything was OK, or if we needed anything else. Menu is definitely... More

My favorite thing at Cafe Rio is their Sweet pork salad! The tomatillo ranch dressing has a nice spicy zing to the salad! I never get anything else, same with my daughter in laws!

Cafe Rio is a brilliant "queue" based mexican place which allows you to get your food within about 2 minutes, for a restaurant quality meal! The only downside I can find is the actual service in this location. I live in between this one and one in the city of American Fork, and we never go to this one because... More

I go out to eat a lot. I used to go to Cafe Rio all the time for lunch until recently. This location consistently charges me for the wrong item. This last time I was charged twice for guacamole that I neither ordered, nor received. When I ask to speak to a manager to get it fixed, I'm always told... More

I first experienced Cafe Rio during a business trip. ended up eating there two more times. Popular establishment and crowed during the lunch hour. They serve hefty portions. I got two meals from mine. I will look for this restaurant nation-wide and especially in Utah.

Was in town for a business trip and this restaurant was recommended, and luckily within walking distance. Portions were large, and the food was very good. The beverage selection was amazing!

There was something intriguing about Cafe Rio when it first started. That has worn off. The food is average - not terrible, but not unique or exceptional. I feel it's overrated in the same way many food trucks are - not all food served in a foil plate is better than that served on a real plate. It's often not... More

When my wife chooses the place to eat it is often Cafe Rio. Her favorite is the two enchilada dish which is large enough for two of us to share if we have eaten a large meal earlier in the day, as we had done of this particular day.

Such good food! Freshest food, make right in front of you. Our favorites are the pork salad, and pork burrito. Most people like the regular dressing, but I love the cilantro vinaigrette. Excellent if you are a cilantro lover. Even their quesadillas are great. There is almost always a line, especially during peak times, so plan accordingly. They are incredibly... More

The food was good but the line was crazy. They herd their customers like cattle through line stalls. I waited 20mins just to be able to place my order. They make the food in front of you. The sweet pulled pork was good, very greasy and I had to wait for the rest of my order because they ran out... More
