Very nice service by Nora who served us. Nice environment with a view of Gothenburg harbour! Nora is the best! Very good weather. Good beer. Good wine. Nora is very kind. Nice service! Very good nuts.

we had a one night stay in the hotel, so it was easy to eat at this restaurant. we were prepared after reading reviews, and I confirm there is nothing extraordinary, but it is the only place to eat. we had entry soup, navajo double...burger and a navajo platter (mixed meats) with tacos. please remember that in all navajo territory there is no alcohol served. The hotel is anyway worth of the sightseeing experienceMore

We had a very nice dinner at The View hotel restaurant. My wife and I chose the traditional Navajo Taco with fry bread and it was delicious. The portion was enormous so we shared a large size between the two of us and it was...just right. Service was exceptional.More

There are few things to say about this "restaurant" that looks more like a college cafeteria so this will be short and sweet. This dining spot could be extraordinary in a setting created by nature's magnificence. The food is substandard, the decor (or lack thereof)...is awful, and the whole service attitude is indifferent. The only positive thing to say is that it is inexpensive but this location could be amazing and they're missing an opportunity to provide a lovely experience to a captive audience.More

Cannot charge meal to hotel. Food poor to below average. We found other places to eat or snacked. I was charged over $4 for a coke. Stick with the hamberger for safety

The food was just right--an admixture of local native people's choices, with the amalgamation of American ware. Staff were totally friendly and made us feel right at home. It's the best food you will have in hundreds of miles for sure.

This is one of only TWO restaurants in Monument Valley, and the other is as equally bad as this one. This is on par with school cafeteria food, so don’t expect anything fancy. That said, it has a cool view and service was good.

The nachos were fantastic. I ordered fry bread and honey for dessert. It was so big that the waitress brought me a "to go" box without being asked. Great food, and great service.

We stayed at The View hotel and had dinner at the restaurant as well as the breakfast included with the room. No alcohol. Great fry bread. The mutton stew was good. The salad bar is barely average. Breakfast is fine. Service very good. View -...well, unique.More

Food was only average in this lovely restaurant at the Monument View Hotel. But, it's not about the food; it's about the views! And, the service was quite pleasant. You're kinda of stuck. No other places nearby. BUt, we were pleased and happy to be...there. As I said, it wasn't about the food!More

I think you can get a vegetarian meal at The View. They have a good variety of food there.
