The food is billed as traditional Navajo cuisine and wasn't anything special. The restaurant didn't cater for international customer tastes and the organisation of breakfast was chaotic with a limited selection of options.
Enjoyed looking over a beautiful part of Monument Valley while dining. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Some dishes had a Navajo theme, we recommend the Navajo fry bread. Service was excellent, a very good experience.
After shooting the Monument Valley all day we stopped by the View for dinner. We walked up the stairs and through the gauntlet of their sizable gift shop and to the restaurant only to be told to go to the restaurant in our own hotel....More
The food is more than oke there is nothing wrong however it is the location and the view it will give you that is price less
This is really the only place to eat at The View Hotel but both are great. Try anything 'native' on the menu. You'll experience great native american / southwest food at a wonderful location.

Restaurant at hotel was convenient and had wonderful views. Food was good and service was excellent. Nice way to end the day.
