The food is always high quality, I've never been disappointed by anything on the menu. The staff are friendly and personable. They really treat the customer well.

I like their salads and feel like I get a great deal. It's a more healthy option to fast food and they are fast moving you through the line.

We love Bajio. Fresh, delicious Mexican food. Never seems to be crowded unlike it's other counterparts.

I went to Bajio with two gluten free friends. When they asked what on the menu was gluten free, the employee could not answer the question because she didn't speak enough English. I asked another employee and she couldn't answer the question either. I ordered a quesadilla with chicken. It was nothing like what I have had at other Bajios.... More

The food is great here. If you like Cafe Rio, then you will like Bajio. The only thing about this place is that it feels like it is a copy cat of Cafe Rio. The inside of the restaurant and the menu are very similar. If you are in the area it is worth trying.

Ok, I'll start by saying one of my favorite foods is Bajios chicken green chili salad. That's where this place ends. I jut ordered two salads and a couple kids quesadillas and it took 25 minutes. The line was HUgE behind me. There are literally 2 teens working here. So the kid starts te meal and sends it to a... More

This location is typically wonderful, just like all the other Bajios, most of which are long gone (bought my Costa Vida, regrettably). The food is copious and fresh and your meal is assembled before your eyes. We two are stuck on the chicken green chili quesadilla and salad entrees, and they were very good, as usual. Our only complaint would... More

I ordered a vegetarian burrito (which consisted of corn and onion - no peppers). They are reasonably priced and give you a decent amount of food. I thought rice and beans were included but there is an additional charge for that. It was nothing special and I would not go out of my way to eat here.

Sadly most of the bajios have closed. Lucky for me and my friends, not the Layton location! My fav is the sweet pork enchilada. The restaurant is clean and the customer service is great! If I could afford to eat there once a week, I would, I've never been dissapointed and often get a craving for their yummy food.

The people working were unable to tell me what was in their food, whether it was made with animal fats or was vegetarian friendly. They told me it was vegetarian, but when asked the ingredients, they were unable to provide a consistent answer. If you're vegan or vegetarian, you may want to avoid this place.
