We use to eat frequently at The Little Orient but the food started to get bad. It's like they didn't care anymore about putting out great food. The service is okay and the inside is kept reasonably clean but it could use a good scrubbing. The prices are average not expensive. But you get what you pay for. I don't... More

I have passed by this place for 16 years and was not impressed with the building and thought it was not a good place. A couple of weeks ago I was talking to several people who liked this place and thought that one day I would try it. So when we came back from Los Angeles at 5PM on a... More

Ordered take out for the family - everyone was pleased with their meal. The lo mein was quite good, and usually I don't care for it that much. Generous portions, decent prices, and good service - - we will be back soon!

This is an older Restaurant been here for quite a while. It is clean and the menu choices are just right. Their prices are very reasonable 4 compared other places. Their staff is very friendly. We really enjoyed meeting here and do it often because of the prices and the food is very good.

Very nice staff, pleasant clean atmosphere. I ate the sweet and sour pork and it was good, the hot and sour soup was good, fried rice was good. I will say that my wife's Kung Pao was excellent.

If you are looking for genuine Chinese Food this is not the place for you! They keep their prices reasonable but the food lacks real quality. The portions are average without any amount of real overage to take home! My wife and I would rather pay a little more to get higher quality food! It isn't terrible by no means... More

A great alternative to thickly breaded fried chicken and just baked...the crust is thin and crispy. The side items were nothing to mention.

This is a little, quiet Chinese restaurant. The service is polite and the food comes quickly. Our favorite is the Generals' Chicken - soooo good. The hot and sour soup is also very good.

Little Orient has become a go-to spot for Chinese takeout for me over the past year. Whether you are in the Layton/Kaysville area visiting or as a permanent resident, it's important to find your trusted Chinese restaurant! One complaint I have is that some of the main dishes are heavy on vegetables and light on protein. For example, last night... More
