I ate here about every week during from mid 2014-2016. It was outstanding--fish fresh, portions good, sushi rice properly made--for inland, about as good as it gets--and a great price for all-you-can-eat. They also did not change the sushi for the all-you-can-eat. It was the...same as the a-la-carte ordered sushi. I know, because I had both at various times. I moved away in later 2016. Coming through on a road trip, I made a point of eating here--and was sorely disappointed. The fish was not bad, but now the all-you-can-eat nigiri (non-roll) sushi portions are stuffed with poorly made sushi rice--could barely taste any vinegar or sugar, or perhaps they were not in the proper proportions. Anyway, not good. Just as bad, the rice was compacted hard and far too much per fish--and of course they say on the menu you can't discard the rice or they will charge you. I don't know if they are getting cheap, or the old owner left, or what. I would much rather have paid more and gotten the real deal than what I got. Bottom line, don't get the all-you-can-eat sushi if you care about the quality. I can't speak to the quality of the rolls or the a-la-carte orders or anything else--I was there to eat sushi. Caveat emptor.More

Oh my gosh! This place was so fantastic! They do care about the quality and the speed of your food. We tried their salads, 4 different sushi’s, their tempura and Spicy Fantail shrimp. All of it was so delicious. This place is smaller and they...do stay busy. Try to not waste food. They do charge extra if you have a certain amount of food that you want to take home. With the prices the rolls average around $10 - $16. Or they have a $22 endless rolls.More

The magic of this place is the all you can eat ( $21.00 )sushi/ negiri that you can shove down your gob! Was very happy at the speed and friendliness of the servers. So in your mind your saying “ yeah only certain rolls!” Nope...there’s a butt load! Also tempera vegetables, miso soup and some other stuff that I just can’t remember.... BUT! There is a disclaimer, eat what you take or you will be paying twice for that roll. Just keep that in mind. I know my eyes are bigger than my stomach. My wife does not partake in the raw fish so she got the Bento Box. She dug it! Oh and for us pagans they have beer and sake! So you find yourself getting a craving for some raw shag to this place. Go Now!!More

For those that eat sushi all over the world like I have through military travels, Cruise lines, and visiting foreign countries on recreational travel you will not find a better Sushi Restaurant for Quality to Value. Getting all-you-can-eat sushi for $15 for lunch and $20...for Dinner is unheard of. We are regulars and the service has always been great and friendly.More

I'd eaten here many times in the past. It has progressed ever so slowly from a nice surprise to average, to "I don't think I can come back". Granted I came for dinner on a Tuesday night, probably not a time for the freshest fish...there is given our land lockedness in the west. I did all you can eat not because I was that hungry but because if you order just two rolls, the price is about the same. Still expensive for dinner given the quality. Fish was fishy, rice was thickly applied with the actual fish being rather sparse. I was reminded in bold red at the top of the menu that I will be charged if I share my all you can eat with a neighbor, that I will be charged extra if I don't eat all the rice attached to the nigiri or handroll, lol. By the way, I don't plan on sharing my food, and usually do eat all the rice if not a 90/10 type split of fish to rice. The ginger was old and dried out. Our young waitress was a bright spot - very attentive to our needs. Just a disappointment from the good/fresh food I'd had in the past. For the fact that my family was the only group in the restaurant for most of the meal, it seems rather obvious people are no longer breaking down the doors. One gets the distinct feeling you're being monitored closely and corners are being cut. Sad. I will be going to cheaper/closer/better sushi restaurants in the near future.More

We enjoy eating here from time to time. It seems to be busier every time we go in. That being said sometimes, well most of the time its busy, the staff gets a bit bogged down and can lose track of things but they are...still friendly.More

Staff are all very friendly and prompt. Those making the sushi are all nice and engaging. It's not a massive place but it's rarely too hectic during the lunch hour. I opt for the all you can eat. Stick to the nigiri and you'll get...your money's worth. There is a lot of rice but the fish always seems fresh. You can order certain appetizers and various rolls but I've only tried a few and have had the best luck with the nigiri. My favorite all you can eat sushi in the state.More

Was disappointed with sushi at this place. Please check their website and their picture gallery will make you wanting to go there. But in real it's the cheapest repetitive sushi that u can get. Some busineses know how to lure people in. Regular china buffet...have better taste of sushi than this restaurant. We had all u can eat for $21.00 per person. Maybe if you buy regular priced sushi they will make it better, I don't know. Most of it is rice, barely any filling. Come one we didnt came in to eat rice and simple sushi. If your profession is sushi than make it apealing and tasty. People rather eat less sushi but quality. Trust me my sushi that I make at home is much better, fansier, and at least have some taste to it and decor. The serving plates that they bring sushi on is not appealing. Also you have to eat from a kid size plate, it's unbelievable. Server brought about 2 teaspoons of spicy mayo, when you dip few times it's gone and on their menu it says you have to pay a $1 for extra sauce if you ask again. I've asked server is that all what we get?, she said" yes, that's a free one and than you'll have to pay $1, but I told her that there is barely any sauce to begin with, u can see a plate trough it. Also I told server that I don't like your sushi, It has no taste to it and she replied: "you are eating it because it's just there?" No apologies, didn't ask what they can do to make it better. Customer service is terrible. We've been to many sushi places and know how professional sushi looks and tastes...More
