Mood Dog offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, the service was excellent, the food delivered quickly. We ordered breakfast items, the food was more than plentiful and delivered hot. The menu was very extensive.

The food is very good and the people are helpful. They are located on the corner of Hill Field and Main Streets in Layton. They do not have a liquor license.

The Moon Dog is like no other place in town. The recipes and food are unique, with real ingredients. We will be back to the Moon Dog.

We ordered brisket, we got thin sliced shoe leather, really freezer burnt, nasty, won't go there again.

No kids menu so the kids couldn't color but they seem to like all the food. Pancakes were delicious eggs were way too greasy. I had the prime rib skillet which had no vegetables way too many uncooked potatoes, and the eggs had a film of grease on them. It was covered in nasty white gravy with little bits of... More

I had the Loaded Hash Browns and my wife had the Feta Cheese Omelet. Both were delicious. The atmosphere is laid back and friendly. Having... More

We tried this place for breakfast, it was close to our home. The service was ok, food was good, I recommend going for a laid back dinner instead.

This has become another favorite of mine. For breakfast I usually get the brisquet omlete and slather it with sweet sauce. For lunch the moon dog salad. It is similar to a Navajo taco, but on a scone with pulled pork, coleslaw and beans. I also garnish that with sweet sauce. For dinner they have a combo plate. It is... More
