We had viewed YouTube videos about this restaurant and read several great reviews and were VERY excited about eating here!! We were not disappointed!!! I ordered the salmon and my husband had the bacon wrapped meatloaf. Both meals were excellent!! Highly recommend!!

The staff was amazing but the restaurant is a bit too popular for it's own good. Definitely need reservations for this location. The menu isn't as exciting as I would expect for the price (the images are beautiful and it is good, just not that...many options we were excited about and everything was a little bland), but the drinks menu is great.More

My husband and I both got the pistachio chicken. It was an excellent choice. The chicken was perfectly cooked. Tender and moist. It was over sage potatoes with broccolini on the side. I have no idea what was on the sauce but it was so...good!!! The meal was one we would expect to get to get at fancy downtown expensive restaurant, not in a small town. We were thrilled with our dinner choice. I felt pretty full but could not pass up the blackberry pie with ice cream. It was by far the best ever!!!More

Our waiter Logan was great! I had shrimp taco which was delish and the two salads, one bean and one pineapple slaw was excellent. My hubby had Caesar salad with shrimp very good and topped it off with blackberry pie. We’re on the road and...so glad we stopped here!!More

Excellent dinner at Wild Thyme. Pistachio chicken was our favorite but all the meals were great. Don’t skip dessert! Cheesecake and death by chocolate were amazing. Came on a Wednesday and seated quickly and service was fast.

Hopping place. We went on a Wednesday evening. Reviews are great but our food was just mediocre. We probably just needed to try something else. I had the salmon. It was over cooked and bland and my husband had a the piggy bowl.

The food was quite tasty with unique twists on routine menu items. The portion sizes were very generous. The service was friendly and quick. Yet for the price we paid for that meal I would have expected a more sophisticated ambiance. We were seated in...the dining room with the bar. In my opinion the tables were too close together and it was so noisy I couldn't have a conversation with my husband. Instead of a fine dining establishment it felt more like a hometown breakfast joint where I should be enjoying an omelette.More

We stopped for lunch on our way through Kaneb enroute to Zion National Park. Although a little pricey, the food was well worth it in our opinion. Service was fast, employees were friendly, and the food was delicious. My husband had a Jamaican jerk pork...dish that he said was really tender and tasty. I had a southwest chicken sandwich with fries and really enjoyed it - although neither of us was able to finish our portions. We noticed that they offered something for everyone, including vegetarian and vegan options. Highly recommend.More

We went for dinner, and the person who waited on us was arrogant and condescending. We asked what the specials were, and he shot back, "It's all special." Then, when he brought my wife's Caesar salad, it was so heavily covered with dressing that it...was impossible to eat. When we told him and asked for help with the meal, he said, "Caesar salad is supposed to have a lot of dressing." He did not offer to help with the meal at all. So finally, we left with her salad less than half eaten. I usually tip very well, but the tip that the waiter needed was a lesson in how to treat patrons.More

Recently visited Wild Thyme Cafe in Kanab, Utah, and it was an absolute delight. The salmon, paired with a tomato-flavored sauce and rice, was refreshing and satisfying. The trout, although slightly fishy, was enjoyable with a tasty sauce. A standout was the local Utah beer,...recommended by the waitress, which was smooth and refreshing. The meal concluded with a fantastic cheesecake, rich and perfectly balanced with a hint of sea salt. The attentive service and thoughtful cuisine made our Thanksgiving trip even more memorable. Highly recommend this gem on Highway 89 for its quality food and cozy ambiance.More

The Wild Thyme Cafe was the BEST time. Husband and I were very happy with the freshness you could taste in all the ingredients. The smoked old fashioned was beautifully made and presented. The staff made us feel like family. Made me a dessert not...on the menu, because I briefly mentioned in conversation with our server. It was definitely the berry cheesecake to top a perfect dinner. Kanab things to do should always include the Wild Thyme. Thanks for a great night.More

I would come back to this place in a heartbeat. The wait staff were friendly and very attentive, even though I was one of very few people on the patio (it was cold, but the wait for an inside table was long, and I could...eat right away outside). I had a good cocktail, and was impressed with the cocktail menu in general. The food was very tasty- I had a burger with pastrami on it. I took a cheesecake to go and eat later, and it was honestly perfect - not too sweet, good portion, salty caramel. No notes, eat here.More
