When you first arrive at Kayenta Art Village you are just thunder struck. It is so absolutely jaw dropping beautiful. There is also a lot of positive energy in the area and happiness just seeps into you. As soon as my brother and I got...out of the car we were greeted by a flock of Quail. So fluid, graceful, and beautiful. The structures at Kayenta are designed to blend into the landscape. It is an amazing complex. The Xetava Gardens Cafe has both indoor and outdoor seating. We wanted to sit outdoors. We were escorted to our table and were greeted by a most curious Roadrunner bird. They are just amazing and as fast as the cartoon implies. We both ordered the Gyro Salad and I must say it was probably the best salad I have ever eaten. It was a large plate of fresh organic greens, Avocado, Cucumber, Feta Cheese, dill crema, and toasted pita bread with an outstanding dressing. Service was tremendous and there iced lemonade with fresh mint leaves in it was the most refreshing life giving beverage I have ever had. This would be the place I would have my favorite Armenian Actress and Singer eat at if they were to visit America. They then could go over to the Tuacahn Center for the Arts to perform. Fantastic restaurant.More
