We stayed at Hatch Station, so when I checked in I asked about food. The owner said "right next door, but you better make a reservation, they get busy". We got our car unpacked and walked over to eat. It was not busy (5:00pm) so I thought the reservation comment was just being funny. Boy was I wrong. Within 30-45... More

We love this place! We've been eating here every summer for the past 6 years. Food is excellent, service friendly. The Trout is so good! The chef comes out and talks to everyone. Highly recommend!!

There is not much between Zion and Bryce Canyons. This place looks a little weathered on the outside, but is surprisingly nice and clean on the inside. Service was friendly and quick. Food was standard lunch fare, but good. Recommend as a lunch stop between Parks!

It was delicious and the staff was friendly! We had soup and sandwiches. The bread and soup was obviously homemade and sooo yummy! Wish I could stop there again!

Do not miss this small family-run restaurant! Rib eye steak is the best! The soup, sandwiches and cheese cake were awesome. The service was very friendly and quick.

This meal was absolutely wonderful. We arrived at 4:45 p.m. to have prime rib. It was not ready until 5 so husband did not want to wait since he was so hungry. We were advised the BBQ ribs were popular. Inside very neat with western decor. We knew something was up when most all of the tables (around 7) had... More

Pictured here is chef Jeff with his wife hostess and waitress Lisa, the BBQ ribs entree, patty melt and the entrance to the restaurant. Not pictured is the warm, old time pine paneled dining room with super comfortable upholstered chairs. Rancher, hunter or tourist trying to find a reasonably priced place with generous portions... Great Dinner! One of the best steaks. Comes with salad, potatoes and veggies. Cool atmosphere. Railroad themed, and johnny cash playing in the background. Small restaurant, service was great, the chef (owner) came out and asked if we liked our dinner. If you are in the area, stop in. Come early Hatch closes up early 8 pm i think.

Come early and make a reservation because this dining car fills up fast. We enjoyed a beautiful steak dinner with all the trimmings. It is a warm and cozy little place with a very friendly atmosphere. Prices are fair for a great cut of meat cooked to perfection and served with a smile.Check it out.

Great service and decent food. The steaks were cooked perfectly, as were the potatoes. The chef came out to make sure everything was good, which was a nice touch. If ever in the area again, I would go back.
