The food was outstanding; the atmosphere wonderful; the service was great; and the value was beyond spectacular. This restaurant should not be overlooked because of its' small size.

This place does look like someplace out of the 50's. There is a jukebox in the corner, bar stools and most impressive, the walls are covered with celebrity pictures, most autographed. We ate under a Jimi Hendrix burning his guitar but my kids pointed out Liberace and Wayne Newton (old Muppet show reruns!!) We had coupons from the hotel across... More

The diner looks like something in the 60's. There are barstools at the counters or sit in booths playing the music from the Juke Box. The food was good. They even sell ice-cream in cones. Theyclose at 9pm.

It Looks like a biker diner from the outside, but inside it was really nice and just looked totally like a diner from a movie. I had a burger with onion rings and it was very delicious! The waiter was very nice and friendly. We can highly recommend this place.

I and my friend stopped here for breakfast on our way to Bryce. The place was recommended by the Hatch Station motel, where we stayed for the night. We ordered 2 toasts. After 10 minutes waiting, an old blond lady came to us with some pancakes. We apologized, saying that we might have pronounced the word "toast" wrongly, since we... More

Stopped for breakfast on our way from Bryce to the North Rim. Great service, and very generous portions. The chicken fried steak and eggs with biscuit smothered in a great cream gravy could hardly fit on the plate. Yummy.

Good food and lots of it. Fun people. Good service. Great collection of memorabilia. Main Street thru Hatch. Ate there several times during our stay. Non-alcoholic beer only.

We stayed the night in Hatch and were given a discount to the Galaxy Dinner. We went down for breakfast and were greeted at the door by the owner. He immediately got our drinks and made sure they were never empty. The breakfast of eggs, hashbrowns and bacon was delish! The Galaxy dinner is a bit of a time warp,... More

Very good food at very reasonable prices with a 50's decor. Dont let the outside fool you. Its clean with good food and service. We had a good size ribeye steak dinner for $16 each. Seriously give this place a try.

We love the Galaxy. It's like a 1950's New York diner in a little town in Utah. We have had several breakfasts and lunches and all were good.
