Good food and lots of it. Fun people. Good service. Great collection of memorabilia. Main Street thru Hatch. Ate there several times during our stay. Non-alcoholic beer only.

We stayed the night in Hatch and were given a discount to the Galaxy Dinner. We went down for breakfast and were greeted at the door by the owner. He immediately got our drinks and made sure they were never empty. The breakfast of eggs, hashbrowns and bacon was delish! The Galaxy dinner is a bit of a time warp,... More

Very good food at very reasonable prices with a 50's decor. Dont let the outside fool you. Its clean with good food and service. We had a good size ribeye steak dinner for $16 each. Seriously give this place a try.

We love the Galaxy. It's like a 1950's New York diner in a little town in Utah. We have had several breakfasts and lunches and all were good.

If driving 89 through central Utah seems like a trip backwards in time, Galaxy Diner in Hatch will cement the deal. Diner grub menu, and friendly service. Main courses were good, not outstanding and the servings were filling.worth a stop.

Stopped here for late lunch mainly because two other higher rated restaurants in the area around Bryce were CLOSED at 2 pm on a Friday. Thank goodness! Kids got a kick out of eating at a diner. Parents were happy that despite having diner in its name, the food was not overtly greasy. We tried milkshakes, burgers, chicken fried steak... More

This was the perfect stop for us on the way down to Zion National Park. Great food, good service, good pricing and portions. The decor was 50's/60's style. Highly recommend this little stop if you're passing through!

We had dinner and breakfast-it was across the street. No real complaints but the food, especially dinner, was only so so. Rib eye was very thin and over cooked. Pork loin seemed like it had been reheated. Hatch is a tiny, rural place so I don't expect anything fancy, just think some other reviews are too generous.

Fifties diner serving breakfast from 7-11 AM, Burgers, etc...from 11AM to 9PM. There's good food and even a Jukebox here, and lots of Rock and Roll all at a price anyone on a budget can afford
-- even a broke biker We have a real Ice Cream Parlor with hand-dipped ice cream
Shakes and Splits and much more -- none of those "add water frozen yogurt" machines here! Note: We are a Seasonal Biker Style Resort Open From April to November.
