Would love to review this classic old restaurant but it is current closed and out-of-business. One of the locals I spoke with hoped the new owners would keep it how it has been. BOTTOM LINE: Closed

The interior was like an Edward Hopper painting, the people inside were great and very chatty, we were regaled with tales of Butch Cassidy, and the food was great. A no fuss diner. You order off the large whiteboard, they cook it for you and...you get to it eat in a diner - perfect.More

My rather large group stopped by Blondies after a nearby competition, and though we basically filled the place, the staff were quick to collect and produce our orders. It may seem a little beat up, but this place makes great shakes and a pretty good...grilled cheese, among other things.More

Happy to find dining for a light dinner within walking distance of the hotel. One walks in and orders from the white board above the cash register and then pays. There is no wait service. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus ice cream, and...they close at 8. Blondie's specializes in burgers and my dinner partner had a nice one. I had a great Reuben. Our food was served quickly as we were the only guests. It was very clean and the restrooms were nice. We arrived quite close to closing time, but the hostess, who was also the cook, agreed to serve us and made our meal herself. There is a large parking lot with a long steep metal stairway up to the deck where people can eat outside. I saw no evidence of another entrance that did not have steps.More

Don’t let the weathered sign fool you, Blondies is the best burger, fries, and milkshake in Hanksville. I’ve eaten everywhere else in Hanksville and come back to Blondies every time— for lunch and breakfast! The pancakes are amazing!!! The service is friendly with small-town flair....I always look forward to coming back through Hanksville because I know a Blondies burger is waiting for me.More

I wanted to try this place to eat. I ordered two dished because I was hungry. The counter person thought I made a mistake- No. . She gave me a funny face, My bill came out to $20.20. I gave the young lady four nickles...to make up the twenty. I said I wanted to get rid of my nickels. Again, she made a funny face. As I walked down the aisle, I was looking for a clean table. Most were dirty in vary degrees. The cheesburger and chicken sanwich were average. The onion rings were bad. But, my chocalate shake was good. You are better off going to Stan's.More

Stopped in (my wife, sister, and me) after spending the night in Hanksville. Got there for breakfast shortly after opening. No one else there so we had the place to ourselves. The owner was welcoming and friendly. The food was outstanding! We always like crispy...bacon (which we ask for) but seldom get. Wish we were staying longer so we could come back for lunch.More

Stopped here on our way to Arches. GREAT burgers and shakes. Probably the best shakes in the region. We will stop here again if in the area

Cute little diner that had good food and great milkshakes! This was a nice little stop that came out of nowhere. Definitely wouldn't consider this a gift place, but to each their own! Burgers were cooked perfectly and everything was done fresh. Took a little...bit to come out (but they were packed).More

Stayed in town while traveling cross country and decided to have dinner here. The entire experience was like something out of an old movie with old Route 66 vibes. Just about everything on the walls is for sale, including the art and photos decorating the...place. I took home a small photograph as a souvenir! My food was great, and so was the experience.More
