We enjoy a good burger and fries and this place is a home run. Home cut fries served hot, really good. It’s the place to go if you enjoy a bar and pub environment.

It sounds a little risky to dine in a tavern in a small Utah town but we found it to be a pleasure. We had tenderloin steak, baked potato, salad, bread and apple pie with ice cream. The steak was done perfectly. Everything else was...More

Shared a pork chop dinner and a cold beer with my daughter in this western barroom atmosphere...great food, great prices. Highly recommended for outdoors people and adventurers (like us!).

Ray's is a fun place for dinner. The atmosphere is not pretentious, it is really a neighborhood bar that serves food. However, the archaic alcohol laws of Utah demand it be called a restaurant. Maribel, Mardi, and Kitty were great servers. The menu is limited,...More

Friendly staff, good food if you like burgers. Fun place to go after a rafting trip. Check out the old T shirts and photos on the wall.

There's not a lot of sit down food options in a small town in Utah on Sunday night, but Ray's was happy to serve us with less than hour until closing. The service was attentive. The food was great and the prices were fair. The...More

Great hamburger with fresh fixings. The French fries were hand cut and fried...really good. Husband got the grilled pork chop which was very tasty. Apple pie with ice cream was very good too. Highly recommend.

Had a burger with coleslaw for less than 10 dollars 0lus tip. As good of a burger as I could ask for and at a fair price. Service was fast and polite. Food was served quickly but I just beat a group of bikers with...More

I think this a place the locals go. And that usually means good food. It was busy so that's also a good sign. The place is....interesting. We sat at a table with plastic, school desk chairs, not so comfortable. Wait staff can't or do not...More

if you are passing through Eastern Utah on I-70 around lunch or dinner time, stop in Green River for gas and grub. Ray's Tavern is my "go-to" when i'm passing through! Great steaks, burgers and apple pie.

I'd have to agree with pshiel. Why not give them a call and ask? They'll not be offended if you do and maybe if you ask in advance they'll say yes. They were very kind when I was there, so who knows. Here's the number: +1... More

Sure, you can do take-out from Ray's Tavern. There's a menu (may not be 100% up to date) on Zomato. I'd post a link to it but it's against TA rules. Just search "Ray's Tavern, Green River UT menu" and the menu will come... More
