A very big menu. We found it was better to stick with salmon burgers and steaks. The staff is very warm and friendly. There is a nice view of the green River.

This is the second time I've been here in a year for a business trip (and I am from Michigan). Nice views from the back of Green River. Food is great and there is a extensive menu.

Excellent food and atmosphere. We sat by the window wall overlooking the Green River during heavy snow fall....lovely. Visibility was very limited, but the river was beautiful. Our server was so kind.

I had Navaho fried flat bread southwestern with black beans and corn and Uinta beer which was great. The booths were large enough to fit all 6 of us. The pablano chilli relleno was terrific as was the large windows overlooking the green river. It is not gourmet dining but for a local place it was terrific.

Nicest place to eat in Green River. Love the view of the river. Food was great and so was the service. We will be coming through that area again in June '17 and will stop by again.

Green River is a sort of oasis of services on the long stretches of interstate 70... In the past, we would just stop and load up on gasoline and beef jerky...but with 2 children we've been trying the places to eat and the Tamarisk Restaurant stands out. The menu is quite varied and the food was very fresh and quite... More

Arrived at hotel later in the evening. Called the restaurant about half hour before closing and they were happy to accommodate us. We both ordered Mexican entrees, which were good, but a little bland for my taste. Even though it was take-out, they still provided full serving of chips and salsa, and topping options for entrees. Much appreciated.

spent 30 days and had awesome breakfast almost every day. One day I went for lunch and had a great salad from the salad bar.. I ask to look at dessert menu and found the greatest ice cream sandwich I ever had. Also they have grat staff.

Ate here on our way through green river. It was night so we couldn't see the view of the river however it overlooks the river. Menu has Mexican, and American options. I had the teriyaki chicken which was good. Friend had the hot beef sandwich over mashed potatoes and that was good. They have a good salad bar which is... More
