First place my family wants to eat at when we stay in Brian Head. Great pizza, beers, salads but hands down the best wings anywhere. Staff is super friendly, restaurant is clean and they also have great lunch specials if you don't need a whole...pizza. We love Pizano's!More

We ate here twice during our stay in Brian Head. We had the family calzone the first time and it was definitely big enough for 3 adults to share. The next time, we all ordered different things and were pleased with those as well.

Went here with a bunch of my buddies after skiing. Meat lovers was a decent, the 3 cheese was not. It came out undercooked and made most of us not feel so hot later that night. Decent atmosphere and friendly service, couple good beer options....Not many places to eat in Brianhead so you are probably going to go here regardless.More

We were starving when we picked up these pizzas for carry out while on a skiing trip. The pizza was expensive ( 2 16 inch for $54 with tax). The crust was burnt on both pizzas. If we would have dined in we would have...sent them back.More

Pizanos not only has amazing food that you cannot go wrong with anything you order! The employees work so hard and have great attitudes. The Owners Tony and Melissa are incredibly gracias. They take so much pride in their food and customer service. We need...more owners like them!! Pizanos has such a fun and inviting atmosphere. 🍕They have the largest beer 🍻 and wine 🍷 selection! Something for everyone!!More

Brian Head is a tiny little mountain ski resort town in the winter and outdoor hub in the summer, so food options are limited. As a result, when you're hungry you'll eat just about anything so Pizano's could just throw together a frozen pizza and...I'd be satisfied. But they are much better than that. I've had pizza here at least a dozen times (including delivery) and it is always good. It's not gourmet, but who wants gourmet after a day on the slopes? The mozzarella sticks hit the spot and the calzone is quality. It can get busy during peak season but they have tvs to watch while you're waiting. Definitely recommended when you're in town.More

We ate dinner here on 10/12/19. We had the small meatball calzone (it would easily feed 2 people) and a meatball sandwich/grinder. The meatballs were great (very large and great flavor). The sandwich and calzone could each have feed 2 people. We will eat here...again next time we are in Brian HeadMore

We were told it was not that good, but had a delicious pizza. There are not many food options in Brian Head and we were pleasantly surprised!

I suggest calling the restaurant; one of us had a large, fresh salad.
