What looks like a little hole in the wall in a little town hides a restaurant of very high quality. Service was friendly and attentive and professional, and the food, especially for us - two picky vegetarians with food restrictions - was just astoundingly good....We ordered right off the menu and only made minor requests, which were followed to the letter. The coffee was so awesome! Get as much as you can drink! We simply loved the place. We'd go more often, but the drive from California makes it a place we can visit only when we are in the area.More

Delicious food, comfortable patio. Our lunch was the best restaurant meal I've had in ages. I still think about the trout dish I had, beautifully presented and scrumptious. Loved it

I had heard from some traveler that I met to go eat there when in the area. The crispy chicken sandwich (that comes mild or spicy) with the herbed slaw on top...was SO YUMMY!!! The garlic fries they put on the side were to die...for. And then to top it all off, the Chocolate whiskey pie for dessert was pure heaven. I have to write to Guy Fererah (spelling) with his show diners, drive through and dives to go visit this place. It is a total GEM!More

The risotto cakes appetizer was very good, as were the french dip and chicken sandwiches. But prices are very high here. A fruit pocket pastry goes for $9 but you can get a similar one at a Quik Stop gas station for $2. I would...skip the desserts.More

I can not do this place justice. The quality of the food and the ingredients is supurb. I had the lamb burger and my wife and the roast sandwich. By far our best meal of our week vacation touring the national parks. We also had...the whisky chocolate pie .... again excellent. Considering the location I am not sure how or where they get their supplies or ingredients but do not pass this place up. It is on the beautiful scenic Highway 12 and if you do not know about it you would drive right by. this place needs to be on Diners Drive Ins and Dives on the Food NetworkMore

We stopped here for lunch on our way from Bryce to Capitol Reef NP. Service was friendly and efficient and all of our sandwiches were great! We had the burger, reuben, and chicken sandwiches...all were delicious. The potato wedges are highly seasoned and got mixed...reviews from our group. I loved them but my husband and two teens weren't huge fans. We did not have a dessert but the table next to us raved about the Chocolate Whisky Pie. I regret not getting one!More

What an unexpected pleasure on our drive towards Capital Reef. Expected burgers and sandwiches in such an out of the way place, instead found spicey fried chicken with coconut peanut sauce and seared trout fillet. Best lunch we had.

Chicken sandwich was different/interesting but I would not get it again. Didn't like the potato wedges. Save $ and eat somewhere else.

Traveling thru the Parks on our journey to the Mighty Fiver, we came across this spectacular, but small foot eatery that has so much to offer. The young man running the place was so mature for his age as he made us the best omelets...and toast while fresh coffee was right their for the taking. He had fresh banana bread to choose from as well. There was a cute gift shop as well as paintings and art from local artists. DONT MISS THIS PLACE !!More

Fast friendly service! Great menu to chose from. Great stop for lunch on a drive from Capital Reef to Bryce Canyon. Homemade pies to eat there, and took an extra one to go.

What a treat. Anyone with knowledge of Utah from a culinary point of view knows that in many parts, it’s the culinary armpit of the known solar system. Funeral potatoes and green jello, and the average U-tard thinks they’ve died and gone to gourmet food...heaven. What an amazing surprise to find a place of this caliber in a tiny town of…150? When leaving, I asked what type of black magic was being utilized in the kitchen to come up with the earth shattering flavors (that I still can’t put my finger on) in the spicy chicken sandwich. Bravo to this hidden gem out in the middle of nowhere picturesque Utah. Can’t think of a better plan that to take a motorcycle ride monthly, and hit this amazing little cafe each and every time.More

On the way from Bryce Canyon Capitol Reef, we stopped here for lunch. We shared a French dip, probably the best French dip I've ever had. The staff was friendly and fast.
