I have grown up dining at Patio Diner, and every time it exceeds my expectations! The staff at Patio Diner has great professionalism! My orders are always promptly taken and accurately prepared, every action is always very attentive to the customer. Patio Diner is a family-owned restaurant as well, and it immediately makes me feel welcomed! The staff always ensures to greet you at your entry and exit and check in on you during your dining experience. Overall, eating at Patio Diner is a logical choice for anyone seeking high quality and value! With generous portion sizes, great menu prices, and welcoming and attentive staff, customers definitely receive bang for their buck!

We had dinner here the one evening we were in Blanding and had a great meal. The burgers and onion rings were superb and were served with homemade sauces. We had been hiking and backpacking and were starved for some good food and were not disappointed. We ordered the BigB, the Bleu and Bacon and the Bacon and Guac burgers (the latter was dripping with guac), onion rings, curly fries and a Lana Salad all of which were better than we expected. We thought even the decor was nice and do not understand why some review complain of it. It's not meant to be a classy restaurant but a diner and fully lived up to our expectations.

There are very few places to eat in this little town, but this one is very casual and certainly worth it. I had a salad and fries and I was surprised. It was so good, so fresh, and had lots of veggies and meat, chicken and bacon. YUM! They stayed busy the entire time, especially the drive-thru.

This is a fun place to visit, however everyone that purchased the Hamburger, received one that was burnt and crisp on the edges.
The Chicken sandwich very good. It was very busy at the time for some reason. This was on a Wednesday at about 6:00.
There aren't a lot of options, but I would avoid the 1/4 lb burger.

We just wanted a take-away to have in our motel room and the menu looked nice, so we went for chicken fingers, a grilled chicken sandwich, chips and onion rings. It was all very tasty, especially the chicken strips with sweet & sour sauce, and we also liked the two different kinds of chips and the sauce that came with them. We couldn't use the online system to order because it wouldn't work with a non-USA zip code when entering credit card details, but otherwise the system is excellent - really impressed with all the options available to choose, from sauces to no ice in drinks, having a burger cut in half, etc etc. Top notch!

We really enjoyed the food on our Lunch break from bluff to moab. The guac bacon Burger Was very delicious. The Manager created an own Fries sauce which really tasted awesome. If the Manager is into creating some more sauce.. Have a Look at dutch fries sauces like joppie sauce, sauce andaluse or Samurai sauce. Cheers from german.

If you love ice cream, french fries and burgers, friendly and experienced service and an easy to find location, this is a great bet.
My family of 3 adults were in heaven with a tasty salad, burger and fries and separate order of fries. My son-in-law didn't speak while indulging in his ice cream desert. The flavors of shakes tempted the other two in our party but we were too full.
Staff treated us like family.
We were impressed that Indigenous Tribal members masked in the restaurant.

While staying in Blanding, we ordered from the Patio on 2 different occasions. As simple people, we ordered the classic B to split. Also ordered regular fries. 1/3 lb burger, cooked to order and topped with pickles, onions, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard. That’s the default, but you can customize any way you want. They offer 3 types of fries, but we got the regular. Extra crispy outsides and creamy insides. They have a special fry sauce that is complimentary - kind of a Mayo/ketchup . This is a great little property. Looks clean, staff is friendly and food is delish. I’ve heard their onion rings and shakes are the bomb, but as seniors, our tummies require less food. If what we experienced is any indication, you won’t be disappointed.

OK, let;s just start off with this question... What kind of magic do you put in the fry sauce? Usually I am a ketchup on fries and anything else is just sacrilegious type of guy, but while in Rome... you know the rest. I tried the fry sauce, loved the fry sauce, want the fry sauce on everything now. Too bad I live 1500 miles away. Plus, after staying in Blanding for over a week and eating at the Patio several times, it gave us a chance to try a good portion of the menu. Everything was fantastic. Out of a family of 6 with some very picky eaters there was not a single complaint or turned up nose at anything (if you have kids, you know what I mean.) Staff is 100% on point and if they are not truly enjoying themselves at work, then they are some great actors. Friendly, happy, great food, fast service, great value... seriously, there isn't a single thing I would change if I owned the place.

There aren't many choices for dining in Blanding. So, don't waste your time looking. Just go here. Great job with regular food. We stayed at a five star VRBO here 3 nights and ate at PATIO DINER ALL 3 nights. The first night was so good we didn't bother to look for anything else. We had burgers, great salads, fried chicken, onion rings, french fries. These folks are nice people and are doing a great job preparing what they are serving. Kinda wish that we had one where i live. Thanks Patio Diner.

We ate dinner at the Patio on Oct. 23 and were impressed by the quality and quantity. I had the grilled chicken salad and a cup of chili and husband, the southwestern chicken sandwich and fires. Our meal was satistying, delicious and memorable. We ate inside--it's a very busy place with a lot of take out orders inside and drive thru. Eat here!

Eating choices are limited in Blanding, and Patio Diner gave us our first taste of the local fare. It was a great one! From the warm and friendly greeting we received as we entered, to our freshly grilled burgers and piping hot onion rings and fries, this was a most enjoyable experience. The onion rings were cooked to perfection, crisp on the outside, free of oil, and the onions deliciously cooked on the inside. The diner was clean and neat inside and out.

Mostly staffed by a hard-working staff of local teens. Food and service were both excellent, especially for the price. "Shakes" are similar to a Wendy's Frosty only much better and comes in a wide varietyn of flavors.

We ordered three take out meals on their easy-to-use website. All involved grilled chicken: a salad, plain sandwich and sandwich topped with chilies, some kind of chili sauce on the side and sour cream. All were delicious with large portions, but the chicken was outstanding! We ate half for dinner and the other half made a great lunch. Curly fries were also good. The building is a typical diner-/fun and retro though clearly older. They had lots of ice cream choices but we didn’t have a chance to try any.

My husband and I had take out from the Patio Diner a few days ago. His burger was fine and the curly fries were okay. I got a grilled ham and cheese that had a slice of ham, that describing it as “paper thin” would be generous. All this acknowledges that there aren’t a lot of dining choices in Blanding and don’t expect anywhere to serve alcohol. Also, there was not a mask to be seen among staff or patrons.
