I ordered tostadas here because their food usually tastes ok. When I was almost done eating, I discovered a giant hole in my foam plate... the oil in the food made the foam chemicals decompose into my food, and the food had nothing keeping it off the table. When I confronted the server, he was very rude and would not... More

The food was poor. for the price paid, This Taco shop is inside a Truck Stop. , You had to go from the Motel to this taco shop to get your FREE BREAKFAST, It wasn't worth the walk across the street.

First off I got food poisoning at this place. The location is not clean and they have a big water leek. The overall food quality is poor. Would look for other places next time I'm in Beaver.

This place is AWESOME!! I love their food. One of my favorite places to eat. Best chile relleno ever! And the staff is so nice and accommodating. If you need a quick place to stop and eat or just need dinner this is IT!

The food is usually good, its the service that sucks. Also you pretty much need to speak Spanish if you want your order to come out correctly. Don't bother going through the drive thru, our order is always messed up when we do that.

Quick and fresh-prepared, we were pleasantly surprised at the offerings from Roberto's. And you know how - ahem - sometimes Mexican food bites back?! No worries here! All 4 of us enjoyed our meals and no regrets later on!

My scrambled eggs and crispy bacon were great. Being in a corner of the truck stop, the truck stop flies were pests.

Took a chance on this eatery in the Flying J in Beaver. I would recommend this to anyone who likes REAL Mexican food. I had a beef burrito and my husband hand a chili rellano burrito. Both were tasty. Mine had no rice...YEAH!

Day's Inn gave our family vouchers for a free breakfast. We ordered two sausage and egg burritos and one meal of 2 pancakes, eggs, and sausage. (Normally we would never order pancakes in a Mexican taco shop, but this was one of the two choices we were offered on our voucher...). I'm glad it was free. The pancakes were no... More

After 5 days of road tripping through Colorado and Utah, we were sick of the typical fast food options and decided to stop here for Mexican after getting gas on our way back to Salt Lake. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of options and the taste of the food. The chicken chimichanga was more than enough to feed... More
