Always a must stop anytime we head down 35. And yes the wait in line it totally worth it. They have something for everyone. Breakfast, dessert, baked good to take home. It's all wonderful.

I look forward to any drive to Austin or San Antonio just for the chance of driving by the Czech Stop. I seriously love this place! The maple bars, the cherry and cream cheese, the sausage cheese and jalapeno, the pepperoni, the pumpkin, the raspberry...i mean EVERYthing I have had here I absolutely love (except the plain sausage--it is a... We stop off here anytime we're heading south on I35. There's always a line and there's always good food. We haven't found anything we haven't liked although they are most famous for the kolaches. I like their homemade sausages, too. If you have a cooler, you may want to consider some frozen goods to take home to eat later. This... More

Great place to stop midway between Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin on I-35. Kolaches and gas. Friendly service. Almost always crowded. Parking can be an issue.

Anytime you are driving between Austin and Dallas-Ft Worth you have to stop for Kolaches at the Czech Stop. They are the best I've had in Texas and I always try to talk my husband into driving up to West whenever we are in Waco! (he never does!) Besides the great Kolaches, they have rye bread, hummingbird cake and lots... More

We stop here every time we head to Austin. Great place to gas up with delicious pastries. Hot chubbies with cheese and cream cheese kolaches are my favorite.

I love the Kolaches at this place, It is always packed, but the line moves rather quickly. Try the fruit Kolaches, or the fruit and cream Kolaches. The cheeseburger Kolache tastes just like a great cheeseburger, pickles and all. Never had anything that I didn't love...

The Czech Stop has always been a place that we like to stop when we drive on I-35 to Austin or San Antonio. We like to stop by in the morning because that's when its not fully crowded and you have time to browse around to see what they have to buy. Most of the time when you come late... More

Good food to go but beware I'm pretty positive my credit card got skimmed here. Advise you pay cash. The breakfast food is great. The line can be annoyingly long, but everyone seems to be working hard. Would be a great review but for the almost definite credit card skimming that apparently goes on.

Need a snack and something different on your drive between Austin and Dallas? Czech stop in West. Half the fun is standing in line waiting to get your chance to pick treats from the fresh items in the bakery cases. Don't forget they have great deli sandwiches too for a good price. So much better to stop for a snack... More
