WOW! What a find! We ate here for brunch on 5/30/21. We had breakfast tacos, a breakfast sandwich, sidewinders, mimosas and amber beer. The service was personal and fantastic. Zack was our waiter. The food was delicious, fresh and hot. Tevin was the cook. If you haven’t tried this place, you are missing out! Us people from Louisiana know good food and this place is it! We enjoyed it so much we even bought a souvenir t-shirt. Great job, Waco Ale! We will 100% be back when we are in the area.

We walked over after hitting up another brewery and would rate this as an average experience. We found the service to be knowledgeable about beer, but they weren't the friendliest we had while in Waco. They offer many more beer flavors than what is posted on their website, so that was a nice surprise. We each had a couple of beers, but nothing here really jumped out to us as a great beer. It was all decent and enjoyable, but nothing we would write home about. If you are a beer fan in the area, you should certainly come by and do a flight, it just wasn't our top choice when we visited Waco.

Very good "hazy" beers. Enjoyed the "tasting flight". Nice brewery atmosphere. Friendly service. Street parking.

So usually whenever me and my husband vacation, our thing is we find a brewery in that state and try their craft beers and some food if they have any, and bring home the glass as a souvenir to display. So we went here and sat down, our waitress if you want to call it that was very sweet. Her name was Laura. We ordered a flight of beer and for dinner we saw the menu was pretty small.So we just got some wings and chips and queso cheese dip. No one was eating and maybe 2 people at the bar. We sat and sat and still sat and our food never came. Finally after a half hour of waiting I see a kid go into the kitchen and I had a feeling our order was just being started. We were sipping on these beers and every single one tasted like an IPA and both of us didn't like any of them at all! That never happens for us. So she came up to us after 35 minutes to tell us that she's sorry the food is taking so long but the chef had to step out for a bit,kid problems. We didn't make a big deal out of it because she was a nice girl. Food finally came and everything was awful, but I ate it because I was so hungry, and I was shopping all day in the heat. She comped our chips. So we did buy our glass but I have to say it was one of the worst breweries I have ever been to

Ate there tonight. Loved the Brussel sprouts Also the rib eye tacos. Will eat here again. So good. Great beer flights. Also good wine
