The food was ok. I had the salmon with a salad (ask for the dressing on the side) and steamed vegetables. My husband had the Chicken fried steak and said it was very good, and a salad. We were seated right away and our server was nice and attentive.

We always end up here when we can't decide where to go. Tonight's meal was good as usual with good and fast service. One thing I like is you can always get a senior plate. This restaurant does need to refresh the interior

The restaurant has a large selection of salads. I had the 3 veggie plate with salad. If you do not like cucumber, besure to tell the waiters early because the salad is loaded. The salad was fresh and quite large. I got the green beans, garlic potatoes and squash casserole. The green beans were very greasy and the garlic potatoes... More

My wife and I came here on a Friday night recently. It was busy but we were greeted and seated right away. Our server was extremely friendly and attentive. I ordered the 9 oz sirloin Steak and she the chicken tenders basket. My steak was cooked a perfect medium rare just as ordered and both dishes were brought out fairly... More

We always enjoy the Cotton Patch. Usually, the service is great and the food consistently good. Just about everything on the menu is great. The catfish can be a little over cooked sometimes, but most of the time, it's great! Only once, out of several visits, did we have to send back some food that had been sitting on the... More

The food was great but the waiter (donald) was just awful. He didn't know what he was doing and he messed up my check. We all left very frustrated!

The Cotton Patch is like a Black Eyed Pea. Menus are about the same and the food is really good. Wait staff is good. Facility is clean and rest rooms are clean.

My husband and I just moved here from Nashville a few days ago. We have been mourning the loss of our favorite restaurants and decided to branch out and give this place a try. The service was great, the food was very reasonably priced and was delicious! I'm glad to say it looks like we have a new restaurant to... More

We didn't even know this chain existed in Texas. Stumbled upon it searching for home-style food. - They had me with the hot bread and butter! I had the Trailblazer cowboy plate and my husband had catfish. The sides were blacked peas, macaroni & cheese...mmm We love the simple foods!

The Cotton Patch in Granbury is consistently excellent, and that was what I expected here. But the place looked a bit dirty, and the service was just average. The food was fairly fresh, but the chicken and dumplings seemed very light on the chicken. It is OK as far as average eateries go, but it could be so much better.
