Rosa's is a self service style restaurant. You order the food at the counter and then pick up when ready. The Mexican family style atmosphere is very laid back and comfortable. The food is outstanding and reasonably priced so you can take the whole family without breaking the bank. I had the enchilada plate and it was excellent. You get... More

For the price it's worth going for. It's not fine dining and you can find better Tex Mex food but your wait will be long and your pocket book will feel it. Festive deco and unlimited drinks.

We visited both locations whike in San Angelo last week. Both were equally great! The meal selections were terrific, And the food was fantastic!!! Everything on the menu was great, they even give you some fresh made tortillas to have along with your meal! The salsa bar was wonderful!!! I was amazed at the low prices! Fantastic value!!! Vacationing ein waco, we did not know much about restaurants i the area, but I wish that we had Rosa's cafes were I am from. The food was great, the portion size were just right. I would go back if I were in the area again.

We had never been to a Rosa's before and didn't expect it to be quite like this. We thought it was a sit down and be served place, but soon learned that you place your order at a counter and then be seated. The food was ok, and not bad for a quick lunch.

We have eaten at a Rosa's in other cities & enjoyed it. This one was no different. The staff is friendly, service is fast & food is good. You order & pick up your food at a counter. Drinks & condiments are also self serve. They have a good variety and have combination plates as well as ala carte.

Rosa's seem to serve a volume of customers but having eaten at the Waco store & the Abilene store, I'm not sure what kind of food to call it. Wouldn't even classify as Mexican food. If it had been the first Mexican food I had, I would not be a mexican food junkie today.

This latest visit (it was not my idea), was the straw that broke the camel's back. A few weeks ago, I drove through Rosa's and ordered a chicken fajita plate. I didn't receive the cheese, sour cream and guacamole. I live 20 miles from there so I wasn't driving back. Last week, I ordered the same thing, checked my bag... More
