We live near Chucks & order their Large, thin crust pizza quite often. The 3-topping is $10, if we pick it up, & the toppings are satisfactory. Today, we added a small, chocolate chip dessert pizza to our order. Huge disappointment! It’s crust, w/a scant sprinkling of chips. Most dessert pizza’s have a layer of cream cheese or some soft substance to add gooey to the dessert. The creator of this dessert “idea”, needs to go back to the kitchen & re-create! In the meantime, remove it from the menu, please!

I had ordered a pizza with three toppings. When I went to pick up I saw a sign hanging outside that said Large three topping 10.00. Well I had ordered a medium that was 8 something. I asked the owner why he didn't tell me and he just make up stuff to cover him. Not happy with them . I guess wanted more money for less product.

We ordered pizza take out at Chucks. The pepperoni pizza had a nice soft crust and was very tasty. The pizza was ready for takeout on time. Chucks is mostly takeout or delivery business- there are a few tables to eat in, but that would be a small part of their business.
It is a good local option for pizza.

Chuck’s Pizza has excellent Pizza, but unfortunately, their customer service doesn’t match the standard. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with two toppings and called to say that they only delivered one topping. Instead of being apologetic, the person on the phone began to tell me that I had ordered so much that it was difficult . . . In other words, he was blaming me for their mistake. I began to explain that I liked buying the Pizza from them because they were consistent (which is why I was willing to pay a little more for the Pizza to be delivered). I have been purchasing throughout the pandemic to support their business. However, instead of apologizing and resolving the issue, he hung up on me. Therefore, I have deleted this restaurant from my purchasing directory. There are just too many competitive pizza places to accept such rudeness. No hard feelings. I wish them all the best.

I live in San Antonio and come to Waco about once a month to have dinner with my 96 YO mother. I was told Chuck's offered a discount on Wednesday. Since I was driving, I asked my wife to call for a pizza and salad. She called three or four times and the line was busy. She decided to place the order on line. When I arrived and was charged full price - they said the discount does not apply to on-line orders. I indicated the lines were busy so ordered on-line, but management did not care. Obviously this is the last time I will ever be back. They seem to have little regard for building good customer relations.

My card has been charged extra money. I made an order for a small pizza and 6 wings. With the total of 22.00, jumped to 24, and finally cashed my debit at 29 and change. I have a receipt and Chuck, the owner gave me some song and dance about not having my card number. I am you have my card number that is how I paid for this order. And yet he swears that his store in not responsible for the charge, yet they cashed out and I have a virtual receipt.
Not so much about the money as it is the principal of an honest business and it's practices. This is about the third time I have gotten this from Chucks Pizza.
The pizza is less than average as is the other offerings. But it's right across the street, you get hungry ..... okay.
So if you are hungry call, Domino's or Pappa Johns....
Because Chucks gives you the shaft without lubricant.

The pizza is fine. But we went Saturday afternoon and I watched the lady making the crust. She didn't wear gloves and I watched her wipe her nose with her hand at least 3 times and continue making the pizza. Sadly, we will not be eating here again. The whole place feels gross and after witnessing this, we will not be supporting them anymore. On top of all this, our order was wrong.

I finally ordered from Chuck's. My son has been bugging me about how I should try it. It is awesome! Lovely crisp crust (we tried hand tossed) & toppings fresh. Sorry I waited so long to try it but now that I know they will deliver I might just place a weekly order. Love the half price deal on Wednesdays even if I can't get that delivered. Goodbye to chain pizza.

Was in town visiting family. Rest and tasty pizza. Fast service, friendly people. There was any style you could wand. And a $10 special on large pizza.

We truly love Chuck's Pizza. They can get a pizza out pretty quick. We get the regular crust with everything on it. I have also had the spaghetti at Chuck's, and it was delicious. Chuck's is for pick-up or delivery. They only have one table for dining. Great little pizza place for the days you don't want to cook.

We ordered take out from Chuck's while in town. The Pizza was pretty good - we had hand tossed pepperoni and a cheese pizza with garlic flavored Italian crust. I may not be used to Waco pizza, places, but the large pizza was about the size of a medium pizza found in other towns, but priced like a large. The pizza was OK; neither crust was distinctive. The breadsticks were soft and tasty, and came with tomato sauce and garlic butter. They were tasty and better than many. I would go back but more for convenience than thinking I had found a hidden gem. I look forward to trying some other menu items and hope that they will be something that I can get excited about.

I have been to this take out pizza shop many times. It amazing me how each time I get items to go, it is consistently good. My favorite item is the Ham and Cheese Stromboli. No other Waco restaurant serves homemade strombolis, or atleast as good as Chucks. I have also ordered the pizza several times. In my opinion, it tastes the best on thin crust.
They have excellent lunch specials.
