How is Chuck's Pizza Pasta & Wings rated?

We live near Chucks & order their Large, thin crust pizza quite often. The 3-topping is $10, if we pick it up, & the toppings are satisfactory. Today, we added a small, chocolate chip dessert pizza to our order. Huge disappointment! It’s crust, w/a scant...sprinkling of chips. Most dessert pizza’s have a layer of cream cheese or some soft substance to add gooey to the dessert. The creator of this dessert “idea”, needs to go back to the kitchen & re-create! In the meantime, remove it from the menu, please!More

Why not just apologize?

Chuck’s Pizza has excellent Pizza, but unfortunately, their customer service doesn’t match the standard. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with two toppings and called to say that they only delivered one topping. Instead of being apologetic, the person on the phone began to tell...me that I had ordered so much that it was difficult . . . In other words, he was blaming me for their mistake. I began to explain that I liked buying the Pizza from them because they were consistent (which is why I was willing to pay a little more for the Pizza to be delivered). I have been purchasing throughout the pandemic to support their business. However, instead of apologizing and resolving the issue, he hung up on me. Therefore, I have deleted this restaurant from my purchasing directory. There are just too many competitive pizza places to accept such rudeness. No hard feelings. I wish them all the best.More

Bad experience & last visit

I live in San Antonio and come to Waco about once a month to have dinner with my 96 YO mother. I was told Chuck's offered a discount on Wednesday. Since I was driving, I asked my wife to call for a pizza and salad....She called three or four times and the line was busy. She decided to place the order on line. When I arrived and was charged full price - they said the discount does not apply to on-line orders. I indicated the lines were busy so ordered on-line, but management did not care. Obviously this is the last time I will ever be back. They seem to have little regard for building good customer relations.More

Fantastic Pizza

I finally ordered from Chuck's. My son has been bugging me about how I should try it. It is awesome! Lovely crisp crust (we tried hand tossed) & toppings fresh. Sorry I waited so long to try it but now that I know they will...deliver I might just place a weekly order. Love the half price deal on Wednesdays even if I can't get that delivered. Goodbye to chain pizza.More

First Visit

Was in town visiting family. Rest and tasty pizza. Fast service, friendly people. There was any style you could wand. And a $10 special on large pizza.

Chuck's Super Good Pizza Halfprice on WEDNESDAY

We truly love Chuck's Pizza. They can get a pizza out pretty quick. We get the regular crust with everything on it. I have also had the spaghetti at Chuck's, and it was delicious. Chuck's is for pick-up or delivery. They only have one table...for dining. Great little pizza place for the days you don't want to cook.More

Share your Specials with your Customers

I had ordered a pizza with three toppings. When I went to pick up I saw a sign hanging outside that said Large three topping 10.00. Well I had ordered a medium that was 8 something. I asked the owner why he didn't tell me...and he just make up stuff to cover him. Not happy with them . I guess wanted more money for less product.More

Tasty Pizza!

We ordered pizza take out at Chucks. The pepperoni pizza had a nice soft crust and was very tasty. The pizza was ready for takeout on time. Chucks is mostly takeout or delivery business- there are a few tables to eat in, but that would...be a small part of their business. It is a good local option for pizza.More

Decent Pizza, good breadsticks

We ordered take out from Chuck's while in town. The Pizza was pretty good - we had hand tossed pepperoni and a cheese pizza with garlic flavored Italian crust. I may not be used to Waco pizza, places, but the large pizza was about the...size of a medium pizza found in other towns, but priced like a large. The pizza was OK; neither crust was distinctive. The breadsticks were soft and tasty, and came with tomato sauce and garlic butter. They were tasty and better than many. I would go back but more for convenience than thinking I had found a hidden gem. I look forward to trying some other menu items and hope that they will be something that I can get excited about.More

Excellent Pizza and Strombolis

I have been to this take out pizza shop many times. It amazing me how each time I get items to go, it is consistently good. My favorite item is the Ham and Cheese Stromboli. No other Waco restaurant serves homemade strombolis, or atleast as...good as Chucks. I have also ordered the pizza several times. In my opinion, it tastes the best on thin crust. They have excellent lunch specials.More
