This restaurant is very popular in Victoria,Tx. However I'm not sure why. The food is okay but you have to wait over a hour most of the time to get food. The workers there always have an excuse for the restaurant running behind("Due to people...receiving their stimulus check we are super swamped and orders are coming out very delayed.)" Worker are very unprofessional and look as they just woke up out of bed. In my opinion, they should dress descent where people can recognize who is approaching there car. Except to pay close $20 per meal(however it could feed up to 3 people.)More

First ,I will start with the good. I ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice. What a clever way of serving it ... .in half a real pineapple. Loved the way it looked. It tasted surprisingly well also. My Wife had the Basil Fried Rice. She liked...that as well. The food was good. For the bad........ I had the Joek Soup for an appetizer. Never had it before. Not sure if what I had was the definition of how it should taste but every spoonful tasted like someone had put a drop of dish soap in it. Not enjoyable.... AT ALL. Every restaurant has the right to a bad day. I am hoping the night we stopped was among one of them. Our server was very inattentive. Will not mention her name because maybe even she was having a bad day. Asked for a refill of the water...... no water came. (but yet she was just sitting on a stool). Later asked again when she walked by.... 5 minutes later she came out with the pitcher. Ask her for two more napkins.... she never did bring them out at all. (even though she was AGAIN just sitting on a stool). Very slow in bringing the bill too after we just sat and sat after we were done eating. Like I said... hope it was just a bad day. Maybe the owner James M. had just fired someone ? (I can see why). Who knows. The sad part is that we are just passing through Victoria... most likely never to come back. But, quite often in our travels we will suggest good places to go eat to others passing through. Unfortunately, we always tell of our experiences.... you know what we will have to say about Noots.... bad day .... or not.More

The only negative thing I would say about this place is the interior is not fancy like I imagined. It has a theme but it could be better kept. Other than that, the food, the service, and the quality as well as the quanity exceeded...my expectations. We loved it.More

After moving to Victoria, TX, we started looking for a restaurant that we could feel invited and that food was an experience. We found that at Noot's. The service is impeccable, the food is excellent, and the prices are great. I tend to sample different...plates, but my wife has stuck to the Ginger Salmon in our, at least 6 visits in the last two months. Their boba tea is very good also!More

Ate at Noot's during a business trip to Victoria. As a vegetarian in Texas, it's not to find vegetarian friendly restaurants. Noot's had many vegetarian options and could substitute tofu in almost any dish. Waitress was excellent and friendly, Service was very good and dinner...brought out quickly. Would certainly recommend if you are in Victoria.More
