We live in GA and travel all over the country with my husband's job. We have certain stops we cannot resist and Rudy's is one of them. We have eaten at several locations. All are equally good. Today we ate at the Tyler location and are extremely happy right now!!! One of the reasons we love Rudy's is that we... More

Whether in Tyler, Denton or Lubbock...I never go wrong stopping in at Rudy's. The brisket is tender and smoked perfect. Breakfast tacos are terrific! Love the sauce and the sides. Don't miss out of some of the Best BBQ around. The wonderful Manager at the Tyler store is great, and when I am traveling east, he will slice up a... More

Have eaten here many times and it is very good. I love the turkey the best, and the brisket is wonderful as well. The ribs aren't on Stanley's level, but they are pretty good. My favorite part of Rudy's is the creamed corn, it is to die for. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is great. We will... More

We were very pleased to find a Rudy's in Tyler. We got the brisket moist, and the cream corn is AWESOME.

We stop in here for a BBQ fix every now and then and are never disappointed. Great beef, sausage and other meats. Casual dining. Great for a quick lunch.

I like the food, hate the way its served. I think it's a tad overpriced as well but I would eat there again.

Disappointed in the food. Tried the brisket sandwich, which was dry and lukewarm. Husband had pulled pork. Chose cole slaw as the side, which was awful - nothing but vinegar. The BBQ sauce was also disappointing. Paid too much ($15) for 2 sandwiches and a tiny coleslaw that would have been better at home.

We were staying in Tyler Texas for the weekend and happened to pass Rudy's on the highway. A quick u-turn and soon we were enjoying some great Bar-b-que. the waitstaff was friendly and the iced tea refreshing. It was a great lunch!

Was there 6 years ago. I liked the pork ribs then. Went back today at 12:30. Took the in laws. What a complete disaster. Here it is: Then: the customer service was ok Now: both the young girls taking orders were of no help and completely rude and would not lift a little finger to answer a question or help... More

Went to Rudy's for supper. Not as energetic a crew as the ones in the Austin area, but they were nice. Had brisket and sausage with creamed corn. Great as always! Glad to discover one so close to Longview! I got a bottle of their legendary sauce to take home! You should do the same!
