This place is fabulous! Quaint and sparkly boutique with all kinds of interesting little things. Consider it a tea room with devine sandwiches, heavenly chicken salad, creamy soups & fresh salads. Order everything! I dare you to find something that isn't light and delicious! Desserts...will make you slap your mama. This place is the goods. Locals love it!More

We just love to go to the Potpourri House. The soups and chicken salad are my favorite but I haven't had anything I didn't like there. It's a great place for parties, we've had multiple family birthdays there and are planning my daughter's wedding! The...prices and service are amazingly good.More

Scratch kitchen. Hidden gem. Very good food. Crepes were very good. Broccoli soup was scratch made and excellent as was the wedding soup. Salad bar was fresh and filling with fresh and hot baked potatoes. A very nice lunch spot. Good atmosphere .

This was the second visit to The Potpourri House. Both times I decided to get the salad bar which includes soups and potato bar. The first visit everything was wonderful, but this time the potato was cold and the soup and salads just didn't have...much taste. I know everyone can have a off day, but I'm not sure with all the other choices in Tyler I would want to take another chance in the future.More

We go to the Potpourri House often for a lite lunch. We have the buffet and simple items, such as soup and salad. The noise level is always low so that you can enjoy talking to the others at your table.

I love the salad bar - the soups are always good and the crispy bread is the best to dunk in your soup. They've recently added sweet potatoes to the baked potato offerings which is fine for some people I'm sure. The pimento cheese is...so delicious that I usually eat half a plate's worth. And always, always order spiced tea.More

Our Sunday School class had our Christmas luncheon at Potpourri House which was my first visit. The place is very organized and the service by Trace was impeccable. The food was honestly ok, both my wife’s and my lunch were good with no problems, neither...blew us away. We’ll probably try again though.More

Great atmosphere for lunch with an old college friend. I had the combo plate with spinach & strawberry salad, creamy chicken noodle soup and chicken salad sandwich. It was delicious! Looking forward to my next visit. FYI - if you can't decide on an entree...the salad bar is fabulous!More

This is a casual dress restaurant And as for it being for the rich crowd I highly doubt it. If you want great food and excellent prices and casual dress look up FD's Grill House, in my opinion the food is way better and so... More

The Potpourri House is my wife's favorite restaurant in this entire area. A terrific salad bar, great food, a wonderful gift and shopping area for the ladies, and on Friday night, while she shops, I can enjoy the jazz combo.
