My experience was very upsetting, i was seated for ten minutes without being ask to order. In the meantime the waiters were asking everyone else if they were OK. I quickly realized i am not the kind of customers they want in their restaurant, i went to the manager and her only response was oh they forgot. Is this a... More

Went for lunch today... Our server was a young man who was having a lot of trouble understanding English. Two tables that were near us were having the same issue we were having. He got 3 of our orders wrong (out of 4). He ran around exasperated the entire time we were there. He created a stressful experience. When we... More

This is one of the few Chinese restaurants inTyler that is not a buffet. You can actually order one dish and a alcoholic beverage. The food is good but nothing special. At least you don't have to worry about people coughing on your food. Waitstaff tries hard and are friendly.

The best Chinese food in town. Everything is cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and quick to take care of you. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My fiance, his son and I just ate here for lunch. I have to say I'm fairly disappointed. Our waitress rarely spoke to us. Our appetizer came out after we got our meals. The rice my fiance got was very dry. My chicken was okay but I've certainly had better. The worst part is the prices. For a child's plate... More

Had lunch here and loved it! The food was very good and the staff was so friendly and helpful. My lunch portion was good sized and tasted very good. The price was reasonable, I will definitely be back.

Cheng's is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Tyler! The lunch specials are priced really well and the food is great! The hot n sour soup is crazy good! I go out of my way just for the soup, and everything else is a bonus. Service is good & fast.

We ate here after reading other reviews, but we're a little disappointed. The service was very good and the atmosphere was very nice, even cloth napkins. We stopped in on a Sunday for lunch, so no special lunch prices those are only Monday through Friday. But the food was not worth the slightly higher cost of your basic Asian fast... More
