After 3 years since our last visit, we decided to give this place another chance. That decision was our first mistake! We went with the large shrimp Pho and grilled pork Vermicelli. The pho had extremely overcooked shrimp, which were small with only 5 in...the "large" portion. There were very few noodles in comparison to other pho we've had elsewhere. The "large" seems to be a larger bowl with more broth. The Vermicelli had small bits of what seemed to be a charcoal broiled pork, which tasted of soy sauce. Usually we'll find this meat to be marinated in a tasty sauce and not just salty soy sauce. The noodles were undercooked, with some ends actually crunchy (uncooked dry noodle). Wait staff were still local teenagers and ours admitted the owner still takes all tips for herself. I was able to slip the young waiter some cash without the owner seeing. The owner is a foul person. Her screaming at people in the back kitchen area can be heard while you eat. She is bilingual, yelling at her staff in Vietnamese and English. Stay away from this place. Thankfully there are many good Vietnamese restaurants available. The ones in The Woodlands are good and that one you find on 1488 and the other on 2978 come to mind.More

I don't have anything positive to say about our experience. When we went the AC was out so we should have just left, but they were still open so we decided to give them a chance. The pad thai noodles were under-done and the vermicelli...was below average. There's a pho place on 1488 we've gone to many times which has much better food and is less expensive. When we paid, after giving our credit card and sitting for 30 mins for waiter to return, I finally got up to talk to him and ask if there was a problem. He said the machine wasn't working, so I told him he could have told us and we'd pay by check... which we did.More

This place was really good with great customer service and type of original pho for pho experts, I got some noodles and were acceptable.

Writing this review because I noticed the two one star reviews from Norman B and Guy seem to stand out on google and totally misrepresent this amazing restaurant, those guys are likely a-holes anyway. Siagon Pho is wonderful, best in Tomball and as good as...any Vietnamese place in Houston. Service is always great. My coworkers and I eat here once, sometimes twice a week. Bahn mi is great, spring rolls are some of the best I've had, Pho is delicious, and I also love HP1. Go here! Ive been here for Lunch, Dinner, Business, and Dates, never had a bad experience.More

The owner is a very foul person. Two of the waitstaff informed me that she keeps all the tips for herself. I find this to be totally unethical! When asking for a side bowl of rice, I was refused. Just in case some confusion existed,...I told the waiter that I wanted to pay for a bowl of rice. He went back to the owner, and came again to tell me she refused to serve me a bowl of rice, Really?! We will not return.More

Good food, I had Vietnamese spring rolls and pho noodle soup. They could improve on how well that they clean the floor.

We stopped in for lunch after driving around exploring. We had the spring rolls, Vietnamese egg rolls and I had the crispy noodles. So much food, tasty and a beautiful presentation.

Our usual Vietnamese eatery was closed today due to electrical problems (someone stole their copper wiring) so we decided to visit Saigon Pho. A little unassuming restaurant nestled into the corner of a shopping center, Saigon has garnered rave reviews and deservedly so. The broth...in the egg noodle soup (I like egg noodles so there) is outstanding and the bun is everything it should be with probably the best grilled pork I've had in such a dish. We will definitely be back.More

The rice noodles are to die for. My friends visited and raved about this place so I had to try. They had a lot of options on the menu, so I'm going to have to go back and try them. The portion was definitely big...enough for two.More
